Booked a new battery through the site on my lunch break and they fitted it on my driveway that evening. Old one was dead, new one went in no bother, car started first time. Sorted.

Honestly the best MOT and service experience I've had in years, I compared three local garages and their quote was the clearest by a mile. They booked me in for the Thursday, sent a text when the car was ready, and the mechanic had actually written down what he'd checked. Didn't feel rushed at the desk either, which I appreciated.

Last time I went to the main dealer for a service they said a week, this lot had me in and out the same day. Didn't have to wait around for ages either, just sat in the waiting area with a brew. Price was about the same so it was an easy switch.

Booked an MOT on the site for the Thursday. Got a text the day before saying they'd moved me to the Friday, which meant rearranging work. Didn't cost me much more than normal and the MOT itself was done quickly. Just be aware they can shuffle times about.

The app showed me the exact time slot and the mobile tyre fitter turned up on the dot, which was mad. Took about twenty minutes, quick chat about the tread, nothing pushy. Cheap as well, would do it again.
