Very pleased with the broadband
I would say this is good value and the connection has been steady since I switched over in the spring. The engineer who came to sort the line was polite and tidy about it, and when I rang with a question the person on the phone knew exactly what they were talking about and didn't keep me waiting long. I'm happy to say I'd stay with them.

Router arrived but took ages
I bought the starter kit with the mesh extender because my flat has terrible signal in the back bedroom. The box turned up a bit later than the date they gave me, which was annoying, and the extender needed a firmware update before it would pair. Once that was sorted it works fine, though I was a bit let down by how long the whole thing dragged on.

Needed it for uni
Needed proper wifi for my uni flat as the shared one was rubbish and kept cutting out during lectures and deadlines. Signed up on my phone while waiting for the bus and it was set up before the weekend. Speeds are great, streaming and video calls are smooth, and the price was the cheapest I could find for a rolling plan. Would definitely recommend to other students who share flats.
Read moreGood service, a bit slow to start
I have to say the service has been reliable since I signed up in the autumn. The account set up took a few days longer than they first suggested, and I had to ring twice to confirm the date. Once it was live the connection has been steady and the bills are clear, which is what matters to me.
Mesh kit arrived a day late
I went for the mesh starter kit because the signal in the back bedroom was useless, and it has made a proper difference. The only snag was the delivery, which turned up a day later than the date on the site, and nobody let me know beforehand. Once it arrived the setup was simple enough and the extender sits well on the landing.
