Signed up for the fortnightly sourdough box and it arrives wrapped in paper with the bread still warm from the morning bake. The loaves are proper crusty and keep for days. Changing the delivery day in the account page took seconds, which I appreciated. Really happy with it so far and the price is fair for what you get.

The service itself is fine, the order arrived when it was meant to and nothing was missing. I'll probably use it for the odd thing but not my main shop.

Ordered the family meal kit on Sunday night while waiting for the bus. Ingredients came in good time and everything was labelled, the recipe card was easy enough to follow. One of the peppers was a bit soft but they refunded it straight away in the app. Would order again.

Having considered the alternatives, I would say this is a sound service that has improved over the past year. The account settings are clear and the customer line answered my query within the hour. My only reservation concerns the price of certain branded goods, which I found somewhat above the norm. I would still continue with it.
The delivery charge drops off once you go over the threshold, so I now plan my orders around it, which saves money in the end. Some of the own-brand items are cheaper than the big names, though a few branded things cost more than I'd like. The fruit and veg is good and nothing was bruised this time. Worth a look for a weekly shop.
