I usually buy this from a local retailer but found it cheaper on the site this time, and the difference in delivery was welcome. The order process was clear and I could see exactly where the parcel was on its way to me. It arrived well within the time quoted and everything matched the description. I shall be returning for the next lot.
Read moreCompared with the high street shop I used before, this is a bit more of a faff, though I'll admit the range is wider. I've been ordering from them for about six years and the early days were smoother. Last time the checkout kept timing out and I had to start again. Still usable, just not what it was.
Read moreI needed a replacement lamp for my late husband's reading chair, as the old one had stopped working and I couldn't find the same make locally. The site listed the fitting clearly, which was a great help. The lamp arrived well packed and the instructions were easy enough to follow. Only small complaint is the courier left it with a neighbour, but it was all sorted without fuss.

Worth flagging the compatibility table on the product page, because it listed the exact fittings my model needs. I've bought plenty of this kind of part before and this was accurate. Price was fair against the specialist sellers. Delivery was a day slower than stated but still fine. Solid.
My spare USB cable had died so I needed a new one for the car. Found it on the site and the price was a bit above the big electronics shop, but not by much. Took a bit longer than I'd like to arrive, nearly four days. Works perfectly.
My old laptop charger packed in and I needed a replacement fast before a work trip. Found one on the site that was the right fit and not too dear. It came the next working day which was ideal. Only niggle is the email confirmation took a while to show up. Otherwise sorted.
Compared with ordering the same stuff direct from the brand, this was a fair bit cheaper and the delivery was quicker. Checkout was a few clicks and the app remembered my address. Took a couple of days to arrive but no complaints. Would use again.
