Bought the rain jacket on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday, which is quicker than I expected. Used it on a walk in Snowdonia already and kept dry the whole way. Only had to message them once about a size, and they replied the same day.

Good value, plain and simple, the bedding is a fair bit cheaper than the big department stores and it feels just as good after a few washes. Checkout was quick and I got a shipping confirmation within the hour. Nothing special to report, it does the job and the price is right.

The cover for our old corner sofa was the first thing I noticed, it actually fits the arms properly which is more than I can say for the last one I bought. Ordering was simple enough and I had a reply to a sizing question within the day. It's a bit pricier than the supermarket version but it has held up well through two washes so far and the fabric hasn't gone bobbly.

We needed a set of replacement bike locks after ours got cut through outside the flat, so I went looking for something decent with a proper key. The lock is solid and the bracket fits the frame without any fiddling. The price is a fair bit above what the same lock costs on the big online marketplaces, and the return process when I wanted to swap the key was a real faff.

Compared to the cheap knock offs I was getting off the big marketplace, this is a clear step up in build quality. The stitching on the wallet is neat and the leather smells proper. Had to wait nine days though, which is longer than I'd like for a small order.

Bought the drill bit set for a bit of DIY on the house and it has been brilliant on masonry so far. Used it to put up shelves in the living room and the bits did not wander. Checkout was quick and the delivery was next day.

The knitted throw is the one thing I'd point to, it's a soft, heavy weave and it's kept me warm all winter on the settee. The site was easy to use and the order came when they said it would. I've already bought a second one for my sister.

The desk lamp is the one I went for in the end, after comparing a few options on other sites. Verdict is it does what I need, the arm is smooth and the bulb is easy to swap. It was a bit more than the cheapest option but I preferred the build. Dispatch was a day slower than the listing said.

I bought the glass water bottle with the silicone sleeve, it was my first order with them so I was not sure what to expect. It came well wrapped and the sleeve grips properly, which matters when you are carrying it round all day. The lid is leak proof too, I tested it with a full bottle in my bag. Would order again.

I did look at the same planters at the garden centre before I ordered, and these came out a little cheaper once delivery was included. The pots are a good weight and the drainage holes are where they should be. My only grumble is that the saucers were not in the box, which I hope was just a packing slip.

I think this is a sound purchase and I am glad I went ahead with it. The kitchen scales are accurate, which I checked against my old set, and they are easy to read without my glasses. The order was processed quickly and the parcel turned up when it was due. I expect to be ordering from them again before long.

We needed a replacement hose reel because the old one cracked in the frost and the garden was a mess. I have bought from this site a few times over the years for bits and bobs. The reel itself is sturdy and the hose runs out smoothly, though the instructions were a bit vague about fitting the brass connector. It all worked out in the end and I would order from them again.

I needed a new waterproof coat for the dog walks as my old one had finally given up in the wet. The hood is generous enough for a proper cap and the zips run smoothly. It arrived when promised and the fit is just right.

Honestly the candle holders are so cute, the brass finish looks even nicer in real life. Took a few days to get here but they arrived fine. Would order again.

I compared this to a similar set from one of the big chains and this one came out ahead on build quality, which I did not expect at the price. The frame is solid and the joints line up without any force. I found the instructions a little hard to follow, but I got there in the end and would buy from them again.

The fan has proper sealed bearings and the motor is quiet even on the top setting, which is what sold me on it. I've had cheaper fans that rattle within a month. Oscillation is smooth and the head locks where you set it. Good, solid kit for the price.

I did compare this with buying the same kettle from my usual high street shop, and to be honest the shop had it cheaper on the day. The order came through without any bother, though the box arrived with a dented corner. It works perfectly well, I just wish the price had been a bit closer to what I would have paid in person.

I bought the bread knife a couple of years ago and I still use it most mornings. It cuts through a crusty loaf without squashing the middle, which my old one never did. I've been ordering from them for ages and I've never had a problem with anything, the knife included.

We needed a new wet weather bag for the boat after the old one split along the seam last spring, and I know what to look for in a dry bag so I was picky. The one we got from the site has a decent roll top and the welds seem solid so far. Delivery was a day later than they said but the stock was spot on.

Great value for the money, the storage boxes are sturdy and stack properly in the loft. I got two sets for the price of one at a big chain, which I did not expect. Delivery was fine and the packaging was tidy.
