The fall detection is what made me go with them, and it's properly sensitive without going off every time my dad sits down hard in his chair. I've used a couple of these over the years for clients and this is the first one that doesn't set off false alarms every other day. The alarm button is easy to find by feel too, which matters with older hands. Set up took about ten minutes.

The support line was courteous but it took several days to get a reply about the strap. I would have expected a more accurate description.

Signing up was straightforward and the monitoring team answered quickly when I rang.
