XY LONDON

The sizing guide was the first thing I noticed when I got to the page. The hoodie itself is good quality. Delivery took a couple of extra days, which was the only annoying bit, but the packaging was fine and it all came through in one piece.

Compared with my old supplier this is a much smoother way of buying. The website is clear, and I was able to find what I needed without ringing anyone. The cardigan I ordered was well made and the price was reasonable for the quality. I'd happily place another order.

The delivery fee was the first thing I looked at and it was lower than the other sites I checked. Ordered a couple of tees and a pair of trainers, both turned up in four days and the price was fair for what you get.

I needed a dress for a christening and had about a week to sort it out. I know my way around occasionwear so I was checking the lining and the zip. Both are sewn properly and the fabric has a decent weight to it. Delivery arrived quicker than promised, which was a relief.

Good value for the money, that's the simple version. The shirts are well finished and the cotton has a proper weight. Delivery came in a plain bag, nothing wasteful, and it was all there. I've ordered three times now with the same result each time.

I bought the knitted scarf and hat set after looking at three other shops. This one had the best colour photos and the wool felt soft when it arrived. It's warm and the price was lower than the rest. Happy with it.

I needed a proper wool coat for the autumn and I know my fabrics so I was checking the composition closely. The listing gave the wool blend clearly and the lining was what I expected. Fit is true to size in my experience. Solid buy.

Compared with the big high street names this fits me better in the shoulders. I know tailoring fairly well from years of buying suits and the lining and seams here are solid. Arrived quick and the fabric is what the listing says.

Compared with the high street shops near me this is far easier, I can see everything at once and look at the details properly. I've been a customer for years and the cardigans always arrive as described. Happy to keep ordering.

Needed a decent bag for uni and didn't want to spend loads. This one has enough room for my laptop and the zips are sturdy. Came quick too, got it the next day. Really pleased tbh.

Compared to my usual site this was quicker to check out and I didn't have to make an account. Found the jacket I wanted in about two minutes on my phone which was a nice change. Only thing is the delivery took a day longer than they said but it turned up fine.

the discount codes in the app are actually good, got 15 percent off my first order lol. Dress was nice, fits, the fabric is less flimsy than I thought. Would order again.

Honestly the bag is good quality for what it is. Priced a bit higher than some other places I looked at so I hesitated. Delivery was fine and it arrived in good nick. It's a nice bag though and I'd buy from them again.

I'd tried a few places first and kept coming back to this one. The grey cardigan I ordered was soft and the stitching holds up after several washes. The price sat in the middle of what I'd seen elsewhere, which felt about right.

Honestly they're the first place I check when I need something for work. I've been ordering from them for about six years and nothing has gone wrong. Sizing is consistent across ranges and the returns are sorted without fuss.

I bought the linen shirt for a summer wedding and I've been wearing it on and off for three years now. It's washed loads and still holds its shape. The buttons have stayed put and the colour hasn't faded at all. I've bought from them every season since.

Honestly the sizing is spot on for once. Got a jumpsuit that actually fits and the material is nicer than I expected for the price. Would get something else from them.

I needed sturdy boots for site work and didn't want to pay the big brand prices. Got a pair here for a good bit less and they've held up through a wet winter. The price difference was the main reason I went with them and I'm glad I did.

I bought the merino crew neck for winter and I've worn it most days since. I know merino well from years of hiking so I was sceptical about the blend listed. The fibre feels right, it's breathable and doesn't pill after a few washes. The care label is clear and the stitching at the cuffs is tight. Worth it for the price. Sizing runs a touch generous so I'd size down if you're between sizes, otherwise no complaints at all.
