The grip on the pliers was the first thing I noticed, it's grippy without being bulky. Bought them on a whim for the car, first time ordering from here. Arrived in two days and I'd get more.

I needed a torque wrench for the car wheel bolts and I'd looked at a couple of other sites first. This one had the right range listed and the description actually matched what turned up. Ordered on a Monday and it came on the Wednesday. Good stuff.

The packaging was what got me, everything was sorted into little bags with labels so I could find stuff straight away. Ordered some fixings and a torch, both came the day after. Bit of a tiny tangent but the delivery driver was really friendly too. Happy with it.

Ordered a magnetic bit set in a case, the sort with the rails for the drill. I know the trade ones well and these hold their shape, no rounded heads yet after plenty of use. Ordering was simple and the delivery was quick enough. Price was good for what you get.

Honestly this site is good for tools and bits. Got a pack of cable ties and a tub of wall plugs for my flat, they came out cheaper than the big DIY shop and arrived in two days. Checkout was quick too, saved my card details and everything. Would use them again no problem.

Compared with the usual shop I'd go to, the prices here are sharper and I got a torch and some tape for less. Ordered on my phone during lunch and it was easy. Came next day, all good.

We needed new fixings for the shed roof after the storm took half of them off, and I've been using this site for years now. The range is reliable and the stock is usually there when I order. Staff on the phone were patient when I couldn't find the right size.

I know the trade brands well and I compared this against my usual brand for a set of hex keys and a cordless drill bit set. The price here came out a fair bit lower and the keys feel solid enough for everyday work, though the bit set's case is a bit flimsy. Ordering was quick, the site showed the stock clearly and the delivery was prompt. Might look again for bigger orders.

Compared with the place I'd normally go for fixings, the prices on the site were a bit sharper, and I found the bolts I wanted without hunting about. I'd been putting off buying a proper bit set because I didn't want to pay a fortune, but this was well under what I expected. Signing up for an account was quick and I haven't had any problems since. My first order came in a few days and everything was there.

Really happy with this one. Ordered at lunchtime on my phone, sorted in about two minutes, and the parts were on my doorstep the next morning. Just what I needed for the leaking outside tap.

I needed a decent socket set for working on my own car and I know my way around a toolbox, so I was picky. The sockets fit tight on the bolts and the ratchet has a good action. The site let me filter by drive size, which saved time. Delivery was on time and the box was in good nick.

Good value for the money, the cordless tools are a fair price and the batteries seem to last well. I bought a jigsaw and a pack of blades for a kitchen job and both were exactly what I needed. Delivery was prompt, two working days. Would buy from here again without worrying about the cost.

Compared with the local ironmonger, I found the prices here noticeably lower on the same sort of tools, and that was the main reason I switched. I ordered a set of sockets and a ratchet for my husband's birthday and they came well packed and exactly as described. The order confirmation was clear and I was able to track it without ringing anyone. I have recommended the site to my neighbours already, and I am glad I finally tried it.

Bought a box of stainless wood screws and a few coach bolts for re-fixing the fence panels after the winter. The screws are the right length and the heads seat cleanly with a decent driver, which is what I wanted. The only thing is the box arrived with the lid slightly bent so a couple of screws had worked loose inside, nothing that stopped me using them, just a bit annoying. Would order again.

I needed replacement hose clips and a pack of cable ties for a job at my mum's, and I've been buying from this place for years. The range is wide enough that I rarely have to look elsewhere. The website is easy to search and the parts usually turn up when they say they will. Good regular supplier.

Bought a tap and seal kit for a dripping kitchen tap and the parts matched the diagram on the site exactly. Ordering was simple and the price was lower than the plumbers' merchant I'd normally use. Arrived in a day, packed in a box with plenty of padding. Good value and no fuss.

I ordered a set of screwdrivers with insulated handles for my late husband's workshop, which I've inherited and am slowly learning to use. The handles are comfortable and the tips seem sturdy enough. The only thing I'd mention is the delivery took a little longer than the estimate, though it did arrive in good order.

I've been ordering from them for a good while now and it's still reliable. This time I needed a replacement drill chuck key and some masonry bits for a garden wall, and both were in stock and shipped the same day. Prices have stayed steady and the site is easy enough to navigate. Nothing to complain about.
