Bought a wooden coat rack for the hall and it's a good solid piece. It did take a bit of fiddling to get the arms lined up, and the holes were slightly off in one spot so I had to adjust. Delivery was quick and it arrived in one piece. Still a decent buy for the price, just don't expect it to be instant.

Compared with the large department store I used to buy from, this was a much simpler experience. The checkout was clear and I could follow each step without getting lost. I bought a set of kitchen storage containers and they arrived well packed and exactly as shown. Staff were courteous when I phoned with a small question. I'd happily order from them again, and I've already mentioned them to my sister.

Our old bathroom extractor fan packed in and we needed a replacement before the weekend. Found one here for much less than the big DIY places were asking, and it arrived the next working day. It fitted fine and is doing the job. Nothing special about it but it did exactly what we needed.

The wooden serving tray is well finished and feels sturdy in the hand, which is exactly what I wanted. I did find the returns form a bit awkward to fill in when I sent back the wrong size. Otherwise the checkout was simple and the tray arrived well wrapped. I'd order from them again.

I've been buying from them for close to a decade and they've never let me down. I've ordered everything from picture hooks to a full set of shelving brackets. Ordering is quick and the products always match the listing. Delivery has been reliable every single time. I keep coming back because it just works.

Looked at a few places before settling on this one for a set of wooden hooks. The price was the lowest and the photos matched what turned up. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the site said but it arrived. Simple to order and they're holding up well.

Compared this with two other sites before ordering a garden storage box, and this one came out ahead. The price was clearly lower and the description gave proper measurements. It arrived within the week and went together without fuss. Happy with it so far, and it's been out in the rain without any problems.

The price on the cushion covers was the lowest I could find anywhere, which is why I went with them. They were a bit cheaper than the others I looked at for the same size. Delivery was fast and the packaging was tidy. The covers washed well. A sensible buy for a bargain.

We needed a new bedside table after moving flats and the old one wouldn't fit the new room. I know my furniture and checked the measurements carefully before ordering. The wood is solid and the drawer runs smoothly. It arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. Great little table for the price.

Ordered a wooden serving tray on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in under two minutes. The tray is smooth and heavier than I expected, really nice for brunch. Arrived two days later in a proper box. Happy with it, would get another.

I need a sturdy bench for my workshop and I know my timber, so I checked the material and joints carefully. The solid oak bench is well made, the mortise and tenon joints are tight, and the finish is even. It arrived flat packed with clear fixings and took me about an hour to assemble. Good quality for the price.

The wooden hooks for the hall are good but the checkout kept asking me to re-enter my postcode. Took a few goes before the order went through on my phone. Once it was placed the tracking updates were clear. The hooks are a bit smaller than the photo suggested but they hold coats fine. Would order again.

I needed a birthday gift for my mum in a hurry and this was the only place with a decent wooden jewellery box at a sensible price. Ordered on Monday and it arrived Wednesday. The box is nicely finished and the lid opens smoothly. She was over the moon with it and asked where I got it.

The price on the wooden shelf brackets was about a third less than anywhere else I looked. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. The brackets are solid oak and the screws were included, which saved me a trip to the hardware shop. Good value and I'd order again.

I bought a small wooden desk organiser for my bedroom because my pens were everywhere. It arrived in a box with a bit of crumpled paper inside, which was fine. The finish is nice and it sits neatly on the desk. The only thing is the instructions were a bit unclear about which screws go where, so it took me longer to put together than I expected. Otherwise pleased with it and I'd order from the site again.

Ordered a wooden phone stand and it looked nothing like the pictures. The wood was much lighter and it felt flimsy. Took ages to arrive too, nearly two weeks. Not impressed.

Bought a small wooden bookshelf for the office. It's good value and the price was hard to beat. The finish is a bit uneven in places but it's fine for the money.

This was my first order so I wasn't sure what to expect. The checkout was straightforward and I got a confirmation straight away. The wall shelf I bought arrived in good condition and the fixings were all there. I've already got my eye on another shelf for the spare room.

Honestly way better than the other site I was using for plant pots. The pots here were a lot cheaper and the colours looked just like the pictures. Took about three days to arrive. Would buy again for sure, probably ordering more for the balcony.
