Needed a present for my mate's birthday and was short on time. Ordered on the Friday and it came Monday which was fine. Bit annoying that the courier left a card through the door when nobody was in, so a trip to the depot.

Compared to the version I bought from a different retailer years ago, this one feels a bit flimsier. It's cheaper, which is why I picked it, but you do notice the difference after a few washes. Delivery was fine and the returns process was simple if you need it.

Ordered a medium and got a large, which was annoying when I was in a rush. The return label took a while to come through and I had to wait ages for a reply. Not impressed with that part.
