WILLOW OF LONDON

Honestly really easy to sign up and book, took about five minutes on my phone. The app is simple to use and the confirmation came straight away. Would use again, no complaints at all.

Got the matt black wall clock for the hallway and it's a proper statement piece. Quiet tick, which I was worried about, and the hands are easy to read from across the room. Arrived well packed with no dents or scratches. Quick and easy to order too.

Bought the chunky knit throw in grey. It's gorgeous and really soft, I've been living under it since it turned up. Delivery was quick too, two days. Only thing is it's a bit smaller than I thought but it's still lush so whatever.

I am pleased to say the armchair cover I ordered has proved a sound purchase. The fit is snug and the fabric has held up well through a few washes. The instructions were clear and the staff member who answered my query on the phone was patient and helpful. Delivery arrived on the date given. I have no reservations about recommending the company to friends who like a bit of nice furnishing.

I would happily order from them again. The cushion covers arrived promptly and the colour is exactly as shown. The checkout was straightforward and I had no difficulty with the payment. I am grateful for the courteous email confirming the dispatch.

What struck me first was the weight of the cushion, far more substantial than I had expected for the price. It has a removable cover which I have already machine washed without any shrinkage. The order arrived on the promised day and was well protected. I am content with the purchase and would look here again.

Bought the lined curtains in the cream shade, the ones I've been eyeing for months. They hang beautifully and keep the draughts out, which is what I wanted. I've been a customer for years now and these are as good as the rest.

We needed a proper blackout blind for the spare room because the window faces the street and my husband works nights. I looked at a few other places first, including two big chains, and kept coming back to this one. The measuring guide was clear and the blind arrived looking just like the photos. It fits perfectly and the room is properly dark now, which is all we wanted.

The ceramic plant pot with the drainage hole is lovely, honestly one of the nicest bits of home stuff I've bought. Looks even better in real life than online. Nothing else to say.
