I checked two other sites before ordering and this one was the cheapest on the protein powder I take, which was the main reason I went with it. The ordering itself was easy enough. Delivery took four days though when the site said two, and the courier didn't text me to say there was a delay. The bars are fine and the price is good so I'd probably use them again, just not for anything I need urgently.

Been a customer for years so I know how they run. The bulk order arrived as expected and the prices on the staples are still good. A missing box took nearly a week to sort, with two emails before anyone got back to me. Would still use them for the regular shop.

Compared a couple of other sites first and this one was a bit dearer on the same brand of washing tablets. The site is easy to use and the order came the next morning. Just wish the delivery fee wasn't so high for a small order.

Got a box of energy drinks and protein bars and the prices were pretty good compared to the usual shops. The delivery window was a bit broad though, and it came late in the evening. Still happy with the stuff itself.

Ordered a set of storage tubs with lids, the photo looked like a neat bundle of six. What arrived was a mixed pack with two different sizes and the lids were not a great fit. Customer services took a few days to reply and I ended up sending them back with a fiddly returns form.

Ran out of loo roll and the shop was shut so I ordered a big pack on here. Turned up the next day in one piece. Easy checkout and no weird surprises on the total.

Ordered a box of cleaning supplies and bin bags as my first order here. The account setup took two minutes and the checkout remembered my postcode for next time. The bags arrived in a sturdy box and nothing was damaged. Happy to order again when I need more.

Compared it to the big chain app and this was cheaper on the same cereal and juice packs, the bulk ones especially. Got a notification when the driver was close which was dead handy. Nothing else to say really.

We needed a dependable supplier for the church hall catering and I was asked to find one. Placed the order through the account page, which was straightforward enough once I had found the bulk section. The invoice came through promptly and the goods arrived in good condition. I would be happy to use them again for future events.

Best online shop I've used for a big order. Ordered the party stuff on my phone during my lunch break and it was sorted in about five minutes. Everything arrived on the day and nothing was missing.

Needed loads of snacks and drinks for my little sister's birthday sleepover and didn't want to lug it all home from town. Ordered on the app at like 11 at night and it was arriving before I'd even finished getting ready. Everything was there and the crisps weren't crushed. Super handy, honestly.

Needed to restock the office kitchen and my manager wanted the best price. Compared three suppliers and this was the cheapest for the tea, coffee and biscuit packs. Set up the account in a few minutes and it all arrived on time.

Bought a big case of nappies and two packs of wipes for the grandchildren. The case was a fair bit cheaper than the supermarket, though the delivery fee is what puts it up. Arrived a day late because of a van problem, and they texted me to say so, which I appreciated. Nothing wrong with the goods themselves.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and the verdict hasn't changed much. Prices are fair for the bulk packs and the site is quicker than it used to be. The one thing I'd like is a better filter for dietary stuff, it takes a while to find things. Otherwise no complaints.

I used to buy my cleaning products from the corner shop but it was far more expensive by the time I got the case size I needed. Here the bulk pack came out well ahead and the order came sealed and tidy. The driver was courteous and carried it in for me. Very pleased with the arrangement.

Compared to the big supermarket delivery slots this was cheaper on the same tins and bags. Slots were a bit harder to get at the weekend though, so I had to plan ahead. Otherwise it did what I needed.

Went with these over three other sites and this one came out on top for what I wanted. Ordered the weekly shop on a Tuesday night, it was booked for Thursday morning and the driver rang ahead. Everything was there and the fruit wasn't bruised, which is more than I can say for the last place I tried.

The protein powder was cheapest here out of the three sites I checked, which is the whole reason I went with them. I had a look at a supermarket app and a sports nutrition site first and this came out lowest for the same tub. Ordering was simple and the delivery was on time, so I'll be back for the next tub.
