Welock

Needed a new lock fast cos I was moving flat on the Friday and the landlord was being a pain. Ordered it on the Monday night, it turned up Wednesday, fitted it myself in about twenty mins with the instructions and it's been fine since. Nothing more to say really, does the job.

Needed a spare key set for the bike shed padlock after losing mine at the station. Ordered it on my phone during lunch, took about two minutes, and it came in the post a few days later. The key cut matched the old one and the shed opens fine now. Quick and easy, which is all I wanted.

Compared to the big high street chain I usually use, this was noticeably cheaper for the same brand of cylinder. The product description was far more detailed too, with the correct measurements and fitting notes. Ordering was simple and I could track the parcel the whole way. Got the cylinder fitted the same weekend and no problems since.

Good value for a mortgage style door set. Ordering was straightforward and the price was a bit under what the big DIY shops wanted. Delivery took a few days longer than they said but the item was right and the packaging held up. Would order again for the price alone.

Cheapest I could find for a replacement cylinder, and it turned up in good time. Would have paid more elsewhere. The fitting was simple enough with a screwdriver and a bit of patience. Nothing wrong with it at all.

I've been ordering from them for years now, mostly replacement cylinders and the odd handle for the back door. This time I went for a cylinder and the key set came with it, which I hadn't expected. It arrived in a box that was well padded and the keys all worked first time. I've had no reason to go anywhere else.

Went online instead of paying the local locksmith about double for the same cylinder. Took a bit longer to arrive but the price made up for it. Only niggle was the email with the tracking came late.

Bought the exact cylinder that matched my old one from the photo. The pins and the length were the same, so it went in without any filing. Knowing the spec is the whole point for me. Delivery was quick and the box was not damaged at all.

Honestly the fact you can see the exact fit before you buy is the best bit. Ordered my replacement for the bedroom door on my phone during a lunch break, took like two minutes. Arrived quicker than I expected and it fitted fine with my mate's help. Nothing to complain about.

The rate was the first thing I noticed, it was lower than what my bank offered me. I compared three lenders before picking them and this one came out cheapest once the fees were added up. Application took about ten minutes and the cash arrived next working day.

Getting the front door lock sorted was on my list for ages. The cylinder I ordered works well and the instructions were clear enough for my husband to fit it on a Sunday. Everything arrived in one parcel and nothing was missing. It's a sensible way to buy a lock.

Needed to replace a broken lock on the side gate before the weekend. Ordered on the Friday morning and it was here by Monday, which was quicker than I thought. Fitting took me about half an hour. Smooth turning and the key feels solid.

Really good for a short term loan, approval came in under an hour and the money landed the next morning. Terms were clear and nothing hidden in the small print.

Compared with trekking to the hardware shop on a Saturday, ordering from here was far quicker and the price was lower too. Typed in my door size on my phone, picked the cylinder and it was done in a few minutes. It arrived the next week and fitting it was simple. Happy with it so far.

I usually go to a local hardware shop for locks, and this was quite a bit cheaper than what they wanted. The range was bigger too, which made finding the right cylinder easier. It came well packed and the instructions were in the box. I'd use them again for sure.

Needed a new lock for the garden gate after the old one seized up in the frost. Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived the Thursday, which was fine. The only thing was the key came cut slightly different to the sample I sent them so I had to file it a bit, but the lock works well now.

Bought a euro profile cylinder with the right pin count and the correct backset, which is the bit most people get wrong. The cam and the tailpiece were included, saving me a second order. Fitting was a doddle because the length was spot on for my 55mm door. Solid metal, feels like it will last.

I bought a replacement cylinder for the back door after the old one got stiff and started sticking. Was a bit worried about buying something this specific online but the listing had the lengths and cam options clearly marked. Took about four days to arrive, which was fine. The key worked first time in the new lock. Would order from them again.
