I picked up the cast iron pan in the sale and it is heavy in the right way. I've used it on the hob and in the oven and the handle stays cool enough. Arrived well wrapped and no chips on the enamel.

Read moreI have been a customer of theirs for many years and what keeps me coming back is the reliable service. The first time I ordered a set of bedding, it arrived in a neat box and everything was folded properly. Since then I have bought curtains and a throw, and each order has come exactly as described. The staff on the phone line have always been polite and helpful when I had a question about sizing.
Read moreOrdered a set of lightbulbs on Monday and they said dispatched Thursday but it didn't turn up until the following Wednesday. The bulbs themselves are fine and the price was a bit better than the big DIY place. Checkout was quick on the app. Tracking didn't update for two days so I had no idea where it was. Would order again but I'd allow a week.

The site is clear to use and the checkout was quick, which was the first thing I noticed. I ordered a pair of bedside lamps as a first purchase and one arrived with a scuffed base, so I emailed and they sent a replacement but it took about five days to get a reply. The lamps are decent and the price was fair. I'm not sure I'd order a large item again without checking reviews first.
