WALLHACK

I know my drills and screwdrivers well, and this set compares favourably with the one from the big DIY shop I used to use, at about two thirds of the cost. The bits are hardened properly and the case is sturdy enough for the job. I've been using it on the shed and it has held up well so far.

Bought a pack of heavy duty wall hooks for the hallway and they held a coat and bag without any fuss. The price was a few quid less than the big DIY place on the same pack, and the delivery came in two days. Nothing wrong with it really, just wish the description had said how many hooks came in the box, I had to count them myself.

We needed a replacement shower head for the new flat after the old one was left behind by the previous tenants, and I was rather dreading the search. The site made it simple to find something that would fit our fittings, and the details were clear without being overwhelming. Everything arrived safely and I'm very pleased with it.

Compared with the other place I usually buy LED bulbs, this was about a third cheaper for the same pack size. The bulbs are as bright as described and the box arrived with no damage. I've not had any problems and the price difference alone makes it worth it for me. Order was simple and the confirmation email came through straight away.

Really good value for what you get. I've bought from them twice now and both times the price was lower than the big high street names for the same thing. Checkout is quick and I had confirmation straight away.

Got a phone case from here after my last one cracked. It fits my phone exactly and the grip is good, I dropped it on the pavement and it held up fine. The only thing is the colour looked a bit darker on screen than it was in real life, but I'm not bothered. Arrived in a few days, so the delivery was quick enough for me. Would get another.

Best value I have found for school uniform this year. The polo shirts are good quality and the price is much lower than the shops in town. Both sizes I ordered fitted the children well and the sizing chart was accurate. Ordering was easy.

The size guide was the first thing I noticed and it was far more useful than most sites. I measured myself against the chart and the jumper fitted exactly as shown. I was a bit nervous ordering clothes online for the first time but the returns page explained everything clearly. Delivery was fast and the packaging was tidy.

Needed a pot for a plant my mum gave me, quick. Got a nice one for cheap. Delivery took a while, like a week, and I had to message them to check where it was. Reply was fine though.

Looked at three other sites before settling on this one, mostly because the price for the garden lights was lower. The lights work well and the box was in good shape when it arrived. Simple to buy from and no fuss at all.

I've been buying the gift wrap here for years and the rolls are always the same good quality. This time I got the large roll and it lasted through two birthdays and a Christmas. Nothing has changed, which is exactly what I want from them.

Compared with the chain I used for years, this is far easier to navigate and the search actually finds what I type. I've been ordering here for a long while now and nothing has gone wrong. The prices are sensible and the packing is always careful.

Needed a replacement hinge for a cupboard door that had come off its screws. Found one that matched the old one for a few pounds. The order took nearly two weeks to arrive and I had to chase it once through their contact form, and it took two days to get a reply. The part works, but the wait was a pain.

Way better than the other place I used, that one took forever to load and the checkout kept timing out. This one was quick and I was done in a couple of minutes. Only thing is the delivery took a day longer than they said it would, but it turned up fine.

Honestly the bike lock is brilliant for the money and it's been on the bike every day for three months. Ordering took about two minutes and it turned up the next day. Would order again no problem.
