Honestly really happy with this one. Got a laundry basket and a set of hangers, both came well packed and the basket is sturdier than I thought. Only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than the estimate, about four days, but nothing major. Would buy again.

Looked at a few places before buying a set of storage crates for the loft. The reason I went with this one was that the crates had a proper lid and the price was lower than the rest. Delivery was quick and everything was undamaged. They stack well and the lids close snugly, so no complaints from me.

Ordered a bedside lamp on Monday night from the site and it turned up Wednesday morning, no fuss. Took it out of the box and it was exactly the one in the photos, the switch is a proper touch one and the shade feels sturdy enough. Just popped it on the nightstand and that was that, no complaints. Would order from them again, the price was fair too.

I would say it's a good place to shop, and I have bought a set of pans from them which have served me well. The one small thing was that when I emailed about a sizing query it took them a few days to come back to me. The order itself went through without bother and the pans arrived well wrapped. I'd not hesitate to order again, though I'd hope for a quicker reply.

We needed a decent wall-mounted bike rack for the shed because the bikes were getting knocked about. I know a fair bit about these, so I checked the weight rating before buying. This one is sturdy, the fixings were included and everything fitted first time. Solid choice for what we needed.

Went with this over a well known high street brand for a desk lamp and it was not as good value as the other one. The lamp feels cheap and the arm is a bit wobbly. Also the delivery was slow, I waited nearly ten days and no one told me about the delay until I emailed. Probably won't be back.

I found this site after a different retailer let me down on a set of dining chairs. Compared with that experience this was far more straightforward, and the chairs were priced sensibly. They came boxed and well protected and the assembly was easier than I'd feared. I'm pleased with the purchase and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I needed new bedding after moving flat and had never ordered from this site before. The duvet set I went for is soft and the cover washed well on the first go. Ordering was simple and the delivery arrived on the date given. Glad I took a chance, I'll probably be back.

The price was what made me pick this site over the others when I was looking for a standing lamp. I compared about four options and they came out cheapest once delivery was included. It arrived a day later than the tracking said, which was a bit annoying. The lamp itself is nice and the bulb fitting was easy.

The first thing I noticed was the free delivery threshold, which is lower than the other places I looked at for a set of saucepans. Had a look at three other sites before ordering and the prices here were about the same but the pans arrived well packed and the handles are sturdy. Happy with it.

We needed a proper ironing board after ours wobbled every time I leaned on it. I know my way around home bits so I went looking for a sturdy one with a decent cover. The one I got has a solid leg lock and the cover is thick enough. Small niggle, the cover is a touch tight to fit back on, but it's fine once you get it on.

What stands out to me is how the site lets you filter by room, which saves me scrolling through everything. I've been buying from them for about six years now, mostly small kitchen gadgets and the odd throw for the sofa. Things have always turned up when they said they would and I've never had to chase anything. Happy to keep coming back.

Our old kettle died on a Sunday so I needed a replacement quick. Ordered one from the site, it came two days later which was fine. The lid doesn't sit quite flush though and the box was a bit battered when it arrived, nothing broken. Works fine, just not as nice as I'd hoped for the money.

Compared to the big high street chain I usually go to, this was much easier to browse and the prices were a bit lower for a similar rug. I've bought from them a few times now, the last rug went down in our hallway without any problem. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite. Happy customer here.

Bought a round wall mirror for the hallway after looking at about four other places. Went with this one mostly because the frame was a bit thicker and looked more solid. It arrived in one piece and the fixings were included, which I didn't expect. Hung it up and it looks great, job done.

Got a set of bathroom towels off the site on my phone while waiting for the bus. Arrived in a plastic bag rather than a box, which was a bit meh, but the towels themselves are fine. They're a bit thinner than the photo made them look. Would order again for the price.

Way easier than the other site I used for a shower caddy. Ordering took like two minutes and it came quicker too. Looks nice in the bathroom and was cheaper than the one I nearly got. Would get from here again.

Bought some cushion covers for my room, they're really nice. Ordered on a Friday and they came the following Wednesday. One of the zips is a bit stiff but it does the job. Would get more.

Best thing I can say about them is they're dependable. Been ordering from them for years, mostly garden tools and the odd bit of hardware. Everything arrives when it should and nothing has ever come broken. Prices are reasonable and the returns process has always been straightforward when I needed it.

Checked a few other sites before ordering a set of pans. This one came out ahead on price and had clearer photos of the handles. Everything arrived in good nick, and the pans have been good on the hob so far. Right choice, I'd say.
