Bought a rainfall shower head from them for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. The site was clear about fittings and the head came in good time. Instructions were a bit thin but the thread matched my old one.

Got an outdoor tap from here for the first time and the whole thing was simple. Ordered Monday and it came Wednesday, so pretty quick. Price was good too and I'll be back.

What struck me most was how helpful the product notes were when I was choosing a bath mixer for the spare room. I compared it with a similar one at a showroom and this came out a fair bit cheaper. The mixer arrived promptly, well protected, and the fixings matched the drawing I had. I'd be happy to order from them again.

The best bit was that the tap I ordered came with a proper fitting guide, which saved me ringing my dad. Only thing was I emailed them a question about the washer size and it took about three days to get a reply, which was annoying when I was stuck in the middle of the job. Still, the price was decent and the tap is good, so I'd order again.

Compared to my usual merchant the price on the expansion vessel was noticeably lower, which is why I went with it. The vessel was the right size and arrived quick. Sending the wrong fitting back was more faff than I expected though, you have to print a form and find a drop off point. Still worth it for the saving.

The mixer tap I ordered arrived in one piece which was a relief after reading some bad reviews. The finish looked a bit duller than the photo but still fine for the price. Delivery was prompt and the instructions were easy enough to follow. Happy with it.

Got a thermostatic radiator valve from here after the old one seized. The valve looked right on the site and it did fit. Took the box a while to arrive though and the thread on the valve was slightly off so I had to use extra tape. Not terrible but not perfect either.

Used to pop to the merchant for pipe fittings but this was quicker and the prices were lower than what I'd pay locally. The order arrived well packaged and everything I needed was in it. Would order from them again for sure.

The shower hose I ordered turned up the next morning which I didn't expect at all. Bit of a faff finding the right thread size on the product page though, I ended up measuring mine twice.
