We needed a replacement part for the boiler and didn't want to pay the shop mark-up. Found it here for well under what the plumber quoted. The listing was clear about what fitted and the price stayed the same at checkout, no extras added. Arrived in two working days, which was fine for what it was.
Read moreI ordered a pair of trainers that were the wrong size and wanted to send them back. The returns form was a bit fiddly and I had to go through a few screens before it let me print the label. Once it was sorted the refund came through, but it took about two weeks longer than the site said it would.
Read moreLooked at a few sites for a replacement tool before going with this one, and the price was the main reason I picked them. The item was fine but I had a question about compatibility and it took three days to get a reply to my email. Once I had the answer the order went through without any trouble. Fair prices, just not the quickest with support.
Read moreThis was my first order from them and I was a bit nervous about it. The checkout was easy enough and the item came in a box that looked a bit battered, but the thing inside was fine. The tracking was useful. I'd order again but I'd check the photos properly first.
Got a charger from here and it does the job. Checkout was quick and it turned up in a day. Only thing is the cable is a bit shorter than the picture suggested, but it still reaches the socket.
Compared to the place I used to buy from, this is a little dearer on some lines but the range is better and I can find what I need without hunting. I've been a customer for years now. Delivery is still a bit slower than I'd like but it's reliable enough.
I needed a set of wiper blades before a long drive and didn't have time to go to a garage. Found the right fit on the site and it arrived the next afternoon. The only small annoyance was the tracking emails came a bit late, but the blades were the right size and fitted first time.
