We needed a replacement part for the boiler and didn't want to pay the shop mark-up. Found it here for well under what the plumber quoted. The listing was clear about what fitted and the price stayed the same at checkout, no extras added. Arrived in two working days, which was fine for what it was.

Once it was sorted the refund came through, but it took about two weeks longer than the site said it would.

The item was fine but I had a question about compatibility and it took three days to get a reply to my email. Once I had the answer the order went through without any trouble. Fair prices, just not the quickest with support.

The order took a while to leave their warehouse though, about a week, and I had to chase them by email to find out why. When it did arrive everything was there and the lights work. Good value if you can wait for it.
