I first ordered from them when my old bedside lamp broke, and I've been back a few times since. For a long-time customer the thing I value most is that the lamps look just like the photos and the bulbs are always included. The packaging has been careful every time and nothing has ever arrived damaged.
Read moreI needed a lamp for my reading chair, as my eyesight has become rather poor and the old one was no longer adequate. The lamp itself is well made and gives a pleasant light. However the delivery took rather longer than the site suggested, and the customer service email I sent about it took four days to receive a reply. The lamp was fine in the end, but I would have appreciated a quicker response.
Read moreThe delivery fee was the thing that caught me out, it was less than I'd feared once I got to the checkout though. I bought a set of three small table lamps for the guest bedrooms and the price per lamp worked out cheaper than the shops in town. The lamps came well wrapped and everything was there. I'd order from them again for something simple, they're good value for what you get.
Read moreOrdered a desk lamp with an adjustable arm after comparing a few options. It's nicer than the cheap ones I looked at, though it was a bit more than I'd hoped to spend. Delivery came in a couple of days and the arm holds its position well.
Yeah pretty good, the lamp I got for my bedroom looks nice and the site was easy to use on my phone. Delivery took a few days longer than it said but nothing major. Would probably get something else from them.
The shade was slightly crooked when it arrived, so I've had to fiddle with the fitting to get it sitting straight. Otherwise the lamp itself is fine and the bulb holder works. Ordered it on my phone at lunch in about two minutes, checkout was easy. Delivery took three days which was fine. Would still get another one.
Went with them after comparing a few different lamp sites for a bedroom reading light. The one I chose is well made and the arm is smooth to move. It was a little more expensive than some of the others I looked at, but I'm happy enough with it.
The arm on the desk lamp was quite stiff to start with, but it loosened up after a few days of moving it about. The head holds its position well once set and the light is a nice neutral white. Good weight in the base so it doesn't tip when I knock it. Delivery was next day.
