I first ordered from them when my old bedside lamp broke, and I've been back a few times since. For a long-time customer the thing I value most is that the lamps look just like the photos and the bulbs are always included. The packaging has been careful every time and nothing has ever arrived damaged.
Read moreI needed a lamp for my reading chair, as my eyesight has become rather poor and the old one was no longer adequate. The lamp itself is well made and gives a pleasant light. However the delivery took rather longer than the site suggested, and the customer service email I sent about it took four days to receive a reply. The lamp was fine in the end, but I would have appreciated a quicker response.

I bought a set of three small table lamps for the guest bedrooms and the price per lamp worked out cheaper than the shops in town. The lamps came well wrapped and everything was there. I'd order from them again for something simple, they're good value for what you get.
