Compared with the bigger brand I usually buy, this headset has a better mic for the price and the cable is tidier. I've used headsets for years for gaming so I know what to look for. The delivery was prompt and nothing was faulty out of the box.

I checked three other sites before settling on this one for a new laptop bag. This one came out cheapest once I'd added delivery, and the bag arrived well packed. Quick and simple all round.

I wanted a couple of plain jumpers for work without spending much, and the price on these was very good. They arrived in a sealed bag, the fit is fine and the cotton is soft enough. Would be happy to order more basics from here.

Needed a new bag for starting a job in the city and had the order placed during a lunch break. Checkout took about two minutes and the bag came the next afternoon. Nice quality for the money.

I needed a present for my sister's birthday and had about four days to sort it. Ordered a candle set and a throw, and both turned up the next morning. Good prices and easy to find what I wanted.

I bought the wireless earbuds on a bit of a whim, mainly because I'd lost my last pair on the bus. The set arrived in a padded envelope and the charging case felt sturdier than I expected. Sound is decent for the money and the battery lasts most of the day on a commute, so I'm pleased I took the chance on them.

I bought a cordless drill driver kit for the garden shed and the bits that came with it are actually useful, not the usual rubbish you get in cheap sets. Price was roughly a third less than the big DIY chain, and it arrived the next working day in a proper box with no damage. Battery holds a charge well for weekend jobs, so I've got no complaints about value at all.

Needed a new case for my phone after I cracked the old one on the pavement. Ordered it in bed at like 11pm and it turned up two days later. Fit is spot on and it's cheap enough that I didn't even think twice.

I have found the purchasing process entirely straightforward and the prices fair. My order of garden tools was dispatched promptly and reached me in good order. I have no reservations in recommending the company to acquaintances.

Quick one from the phone. Ordered a pair of trainers for the gym, sizing was spot on, and they arrived in about two days. Price was better than the shops in town. Not much more to say, really, I'd order again no bother.

Compared with ordering from the big department store, this one is cheaper and the bedding feels nicer than I expected. The checkout wanted me to create an account before I could see the delivery cost, which was a bit annoying. Everything else went smoothly and the duvet cover arrived in good shape.

I was most impressed by how precisely the delivery window was shown when I placed my order. The parcel arrived within it, which I appreciated, as I rely on a carer being in the house. The goods were just as described and I'm sure I shall order again.

We needed a replacement kitchen timer and a set of oven gloves before the weekend guests arrived, so I went looking for something that wouldn't cost the earth. The order came through quickly, the prices were a good bit under what the local shops were asking, and the items were exactly what I'd picked. Hard to ask for more when you're on a budget.

I bought a burr coffee grinder after years of making do with a blade one. The grind settings are fine enough for espresso and the hopper is easy to fill. It came well padded and worked from the first go, which I didn't take for granted.

Honestly it's a fair place to shop and prices are usually good. The return process was a faff though, I had to print a label, drop it at a point that was miles away, and it took nearly three weeks to see the refund.

Compared with the shop down the road, the prices here are noticeably lower and the range is bigger. I've been ordering from them for years, mostly bedding and bits for the kitchen, and I've never had a bad experience with them.

The delivery options at checkout were the first thing I noticed, you can pick a slot that actually suits you. I looked at a couple of other sites for a new pair of trainers and this one had the best price for the same model. The order arrived in good time and everything was packed properly. Happy with it, I'll probably use them again.

The battery life on the portable speaker is what surprised me, it went most of a weekend on one charge at reasonable volume. I've tried a couple of others that struggled after a few months, so I know what to look for. Packaging was fine and it arrived the next working day.

The price on these pans was the deciding factor, far less than the same set in the shops. Delivery was quick and the box was intact. Happy with the purchase.
