Ordered a tripod head for vlogging and I'm dead happy with it, it smooths out the pans nicely. Checked a few options on my phone and this was the one that had reviews I trusted. Arrived quick and the packing was solid, nothing rattled about. Got my mate to buy one too.

Needed a cheap prime lens for a uni photography project and didn't have much cash, so I looked at what was affordable here. It arrived in a few days and it's been good for portraits, bit soft at the edges but fine for the brief. Slightly annoying that the lens cap was a different size from the listing, but it still fits.

Reliable as ever, I've been ordering from this lot since the early days and they haven't let me down. Last month I needed a spare hot shoe cover for a job and it arrived before I expected. Prices are fair and the account page keeps my details saved, which saves a bit of time. Used to be I'd go elsewhere for speed but I've stopped bothering.

I shoot a lot of portraits and my battery grip had started to cut out halfway through sessions, so I needed a replacement before a booked shoot. I knew the model I had so I could check it fitted without reading through pages of specs. The grip fits snugly and the battery life is noticeably better, so I'm happy. The order came with a quick guide and everything I needed to get going.

This was my first order so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the site made it easy to find a 49mm UV filter and check the size. The filter itself is clear and looks sharp on my kit lens, and I haven't noticed any flare yet. Delivery took two days which was quicker than I thought it would be. Packaging was tidy with no damage. Nothing to moan about, just a straightforward purchase.

Very pleased with my order, the camera strap arrived promptly and was exactly as shown. The ordering process was straightforward and I had no difficulty finding what I needed. Good service throughout, thank you.

Bought a set of step up rings after comparing a few sellers, and this one was the cheapest by a fair bit for what I needed. The rings are solid metal and fit my filters without any wobble. Delivery was quick and everything was in the box. For everyday use they do the job and I've had no reason to doubt them. Good value for a simple bit of kit.

Good value and the filters do what they're meant to do, I'd go with them again. Looked at a few other sellers first and this was the cheapest for the set I wanted. Took a bit longer to turn up than I'd hoped but fine in the end.

Bought a second hand camera bag here after comparing three or four listings elsewhere. It was described as excellent condition and it mostly was, a bit of wear on the strap stitching but nothing that bothers me. Took a few days to arrive and I had to chase the tracking once, which was a small faff. The zips work well and the padding is still firm.

I needed a spare memory card reader before a trip abroad, so I went looking. Compared a few options and this one was the cheapest for what I needed, which mattered to me. The reader works fine but the cable is shorter than I expected for the price. Delivery was on time and no fuss.

Compared about four different tripods before picking this one, and the thing that really stood out was how light it is for the height. Packed it into a backpack for a weekend in the Peak District and didn't notice it at all. Only niggle was the leg locks being a bit stiff to start with, but they loosened up after a few uses.

Ordered a cheap camera strap on a whim and it turned up in good time. Looks decent and feels fine on my neck. Only thing I'd say is the colour looked a bit darker on the screen than in real life, but it's no big deal.

First time buying camera gear online so I was a bit nervous, but the page explained everything clearly and I didn't feel lost. Got a little tripod for my phone and a clip-on mic, and they came in a neat box with the bits I needed. Took about three days which felt fair. Setting the tripod up was easy and the mic picks up my voice properly now. I'd order from here again for sure.

This is way better than the other shop I was using before, the checkout was quicker and the stock info was clearer. Ordered a lens hood and a cleaning kit and both arrived in good nick. Nothing to complain about, I'll keep coming back.

I needed a remote shutter release for long exposures on night shoots, and my old one had packed up. Knew exactly which connector I needed so the compatibility listing saved me time. Arrived well packed and works first time, which is all I wanted.

Compared this with another shop for a rechargeable battery and I'd say the other shop was clearly easier to deal with. The battery did arrive but the listing made it sound like it came with a charger, which it didn't. Had to email to ask and it took two days to get a reply. Not impressed with the returns process either, it's a bit of a faff.

The lens cloths are the bit I didn't expect to love, they're soft and don't leave smears. Ordered on my phone in about two minutes. Came in a little padded envelope which was fine. Would get them again, they've lasted ages.

Used to buy my film from a shop in town, but this site has been far more convenient for over ten years now. Compared prices against the big high street names every time and they've nearly always come out ahead. The order I placed last month was dispatched the same day and the film was fresh.

Ordered a flash trigger for a mate's wedding shoot I was helping with, needed it fast. Checked the site on my phone during my lunch break and it was simple to order. It turned up the next morning and it's worked fine so far. Only thing is I wish the product page had shown the battery size more clearly, but no biggie.
