I bought the thermal lined curtains for my bedroom because the room gets so cold in winter. They came folded in tissue and the lining is really thick. The drop was exactly right and I didn't have to trim anything. Going to order the same for the lounge next.

I've been ordering from them for about six years now and they've never let me down. I'd always ordered from the same place each time, it's just simple to deal with, the sizes are right and the linings hold up through a lot of washing. Staff have answered my emails within a day every time I've needed them.

Really, the voile panels are exactly what I wanted for the conservatory, the light comes through lovely and I'm not on show to the neighbours. I did wonder if the price would be steep but it wasn't. Delivery took a few days longer than the site said, which I wasn't best pleased about, though they did let me know by email.

Compared with the cheap ones I bought from a marketplace last year, these feel far more solid and the stitching hasn't started to fray. Took me a while to pick the right width for a bay window but the guide helped. Ordering was simple and it all arrived in one go. First order and I'm already thinking about getting the matching sheers.

The pleat is a proper triple pinch, which is what I wanted, and the header tape is sewn tight. Heading is a bit flat on the right, but it's a small thing once they're hung.

The fabric feels proper, not like the thin stuff I got before. Checkout was easy and I had them in about a week, which was fine. I'd order again for the other rooms.
