Best place I've found for replacement printer ink and I've been buying from them since they started. Ordering is quick, I just log in and reorder the same cartridges. Prices stay steady, which I like. Delivery has been reliable, no complaints.

Bought a denim jacket from them last week as my first order. Arrived in a bag that was easy to open and the jacket was folded nicely. Fit is a bit boxy but that's what I wanted. Good value for the money.

My daughter had her second baby and I wanted to get a proper cot mattress sorted before they came home. I've used this site for years for bits and pieces, so I went straight to it. The mattress arrived well ahead of the due date and was easy to check over. The returns form is simple too. Good to know they're reliable when it matters.

Tracking updates were spot on, got the notification the moment it left the depot. Items arrived exactly when the app said. Ordered on the train, which I'd not normally do, and it was fine. Would order again.

Checked three sites for a pair of school shoes for my son and this one was the only place that let me see the delivery cost before I put my card details in. The sizing chart was clear enough too, I didn't have to guess. Took about two minutes start to finish on my phone, which I was happy with.

We were moving into a new flat and needed curtains in a hurry before the removal van arrived. I looked at a few places and this one had the best range for the money. Ordering was simple. The only thing was the colour was a touch darker than the photo, so I'd check a sample first if you're fussy about shades.

Our old kettle packed in on a Sunday so I needed a new one for work the next morning. I've used them for years for bits and bobs. This time the item was in stock but the email said Monday, and it came Tuesday afternoon. It's fine but I'd have liked a bit more warning on the date.

I've been a regular here for a good while and I've compared them against the rival site I used to use, which has got steadily more expensive. This one still offers the sort of prices I can afford and the reordering is simpler. My last order arrived on the date the tracking said. I've not had any reason to change.

This is the one I'd go with again, and that's after looking at most of the big names for the same kind of thing. The product page had decent photos and a proper description, which the others didn't. Ordering took a couple of minutes, delivery was quick, and the price was fair for what you get. Not much else to say really.

Bought a cordless drill from them years ago and it's still going strong. I've been a regular since then, mostly for tools and the odd bit of hardware. Ordering is straightforward and everything has turned up when they said it would. Good value for what you get.

I needed something for my sister's birthday and had about four days left. Found this place, picked a gift, and it arrived the morning before the party. Wrapping was neat and it looked nice on the table. Easy to order on my phone, no faff.

The little handwritten style card that came with my order made me smile, which I did not expect from an online shop. I've been a customer a long time and they've always been nice about it. Cardigan was a good fit and the colour is just as shown. Will keep coming back.

Would order from here again, it was dead easy to find what I wanted for my mate's stag do. Ordered on the Friday and it turned up Monday which was quicker than I expected. The gift was exactly what I paid for and looked good wrapped up. Easy returns page too, just in case.

Looked at a few places for a new bedding set and went with these. The duvet cover is a decent weight and the pillowcases feel nice. Ordering was simple and it turned up in a couple of days.

I compared a few sites before ordering and this one came out ahead of the others I tried, mainly because the checkout was quicker and I didn't have to make an account to buy. The parcel turned up two days after I ordered, which is about what they said it would be. Price was in line with the rest, nothing special there but nothing off either. Would use again for sure.

Compared this with the big high street chain's website and this one was much quicker to load and find things on my phone. The filters actually work, which I can't say for the other place. Tried checkout on my phone during my lunch break and it took about two minutes. Parcel arrived the next day. Will be back.

I've been ordering from them since they were just a small outfit and I've tried the big catalogue companies alongside them over the years. Compared with the catalogue, the site is much easier to use on my tablet and the sizes are where they should be. Last month I wanted a new cardigan and it turned up in two days. I've never had a problem with a return either.

The first thing I noticed was how nice the packaging looked, with tissue paper and a little card inside. The item itself was just as pictured, a lovely soft throw. The delivery was a bit slower than I expected, about four working days. Otherwise I'd order again.

I purchased a warm fleece blanket for my husband, who feels the cold terribly. It arrived well packed and in good condition. The quality is very pleasing for the price.
