Twelve Green Bottles

We went for the mixed case of reds and whites after looking at a couple of other online wine shops. This one had clearer descriptions and a better spread of prices, and the case arrived with everything intact. The whites were the pick for us.

Picked the mixed box for a night in with my mates and it was spot on, a red a white and a fizz. Everything arrived fine and the notes on the cards helped us pick what to drink first. Would definitely get it again for next time.

Had a dinner party coming up and needed a few decent bottles without faffing about in town. Ordered on my phone during a break and they arrived before the weekend. Everything was sorted in one go.

Compared with buying a similar Rioja from the big supermarket, this works out a fair bit cheaper per bottle once you factor in delivery. Nothing spectacular but it's solid everyday drinking and the price is sensible.

Compared to the grocery shop app I usually use this is miles better, the wine is actually decent and not just the same big brands. Delivery was quick, the bottles arrived cold and nothing was broken. Will be ordering from here instead now, cheers.

Honestly the best online wine club I've used. The bottles arrive well packed, the tasting notes are accurate and they pick sensible drinkable stuff rather than fancy labels. I've been a member for a couple of years and haven't had a dud box yet.

The little tasting card in the box is the bit I liked most, it tells you what to expect and how to serve each bottle. I was on my phone at lunch when I placed the order and it was simple enough to do one handed. Two bottles arrived in one piece and both were lovely with dinner.

I wanted a bottle for my wife's birthday and placed the order a few days ahead, which I thought would be plenty. It arrived a day later than the window they gave me. The wine itself was perfectly pleasant and I'd buy it again, though I'd allow more time.

Picked up a rosé and it's really nice, bright and dry. Bit more than I'd usually pay for rosé though, you can find similar cheaper elsewhere. Would still get it again for a treat.

Compared it to my usual wine app and this was way quicker to get through the checkout. The filters for sweetness and style made it easy to find something. Ordered a dozen while waiting for the bus.

Got the sparkling white and it was actually really good, crisp and not too sweet. The box came a bit squashed on one corner though, nothing broke luckily. Would order again, just hope the packing gets sorted.

The bottle I got was really nice, the tasting note matched what was in the glass. Only niggle was the delivery window was a bit long and I had to wait in for most of the afternoon. Would still order again though.

I needed a present for my brother's sixtieth and wanted something he wouldn't have to chase up. I was grateful for the gift option, which let me add a note and have it sent straight to him. The wine was lovely and it arrived in good order, which I was very pleased about.
