I used to buy my kitchen towels and cleaning bits from the shop in town, but it's a long walk now. Tuggs was a good deal less for the same brands and they came quickly. Simple enough to order from. I'm pleased with them.

The item was close to the picture but the finish looked a bit different in person, and it took a while before I got a reply when I asked about it. Read moreThis was my first purchase from Tuggs, a set of drawer liners for the spare room. The order page was clear and I liked seeing the total before I paid. The delivery took longer than the estimate, nearly a week, which was a bit disappointing. Once they arrived they were just as described.
We needed a bit of extra storage for the new flat and I'd been using Tuggs for years for bits and bobs so went straight to them again. Ordered on a Sunday night and it turned up the Wednesday, which was fine. The shelving unit went together with the instructions they include, mostly without swearing. Only thing is the box was a bit bashed on one corner but nothing inside was damaged.
Ordered a phone case on Tuesday and it was here by Thursday, which is pretty decent. Checkout was easy enough but I did have to tick a box about marketing emails. The case fits fine. Would get it again.
I needed a spare charger for the work phone and didn't want to pay the full price from the brand's own shop. Tuggs had one for well under what I'd have paid elsewhere, so I went for it. The order went through fine and the charger arrived in a padded envelope. It works, though the cable is a touch shorter than I expected.
Yeah would order again, the site is easy to use and the checkout was quick. Only thing was the delivery took a bit longer than it said, like three days instead of two, but whatever. Stuff arrived fine and nothing was broken.
The first thing I noticed was how simple the sign up was, I didn't have to create an account to pay. My order of phone chargers came in two days and they were exactly as pictured. The only small thing is the returns form is a bit fiddly to find on the site, but it's fine once you've got it.
I had been buying my gardening gloves and a few household items from the high street shop for years, but the prices have crept up rather a lot. I found Tuggs did the same thing for considerably less, and the ordering was simple enough, though I did have to create an account first which I wasn't keen on. The items arrived well packed and as described. I shan't go back to the shop, I think.
