I bought her a scented candle set from them for her birthday. It came in a neat box with tissue paper, which was a nice touch. The candles smell lovely and burn evenly. Good value for what it is.

I ordered a pair of wool slippers for my husband, who finds the cold hard on his feet in the evenings. They arrived well packed and the size was exactly right. The quality is very good for the price, and the instructions for care were clear. I am pleased with the purchase.

Compared this with another site I usually use and this one came out ahead on delivery. The order arrived the next working day, while the other took nearly a week. The item itself is a good size and the zip feels sturdy. Would be happy to order again.

I was going to pay more at the big department store for the same thing, so this compared well. The price was lower and the delivery was faster too, which mattered as I needed it for a weekend trip. It was nicely packed and arrived in good order.

Needed a new laptop bag for uni after mine ripped and the zip broke. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday, which was quick. Lots of pockets, fits my laptop perfectly. Would get again, bag is sound.

Honestly this is the best place I've found for replacement kitchen bits like filters and seals, and I've bought from a fair few places. I ordered a new water filter cartridge for the fridge and the fitting instructions were clear, though the page layout is fiddly on a phone. Price is competitive and it came out well ahead of the big chains for what I paid. Delivery was next day and it was packed carefully.

My old drill battery had given up and I needed something to finish a job at the weekend. Ordered it on a Thursday and it came Friday morning. Battery is fully charged out of the box and the drill runs as well as ever. Packaging was sturdy and no damage.

I would order from them again without any hesitation. The items I bought were exactly as described and the site was simple to use. I did find the returns form a little fiddly to fill in, but the refund came through promptly.

We had a leak under the sink on a Sunday and needed a replacement part before the plumber could come back on Tuesday, so I searched for a spare on here. Ordered it Sunday night, it arrived Monday lunchtime, and the fitting went straight on with no fuss. The listing matched what I needed exactly, which saved me a lot of guessing.

Go with them if you want something that just works. I looked at three other places first and the prices were close, but the checkout here was quicker and the stock levels were shown clearly. Mine turned up in two days and was packed properly.

I used a different booking app before and this one is much quicker to get through. I can pick a time slot and confirm in under a minute. The reminders arrive on the right day and the staff turned up on time. Works well on my phone.

Been a customer for years now and the thing I like most is how the site remembers my details so I never have to type my address again. Checkout takes about a minute and everything I've ordered has turned up when they said it would.
