I ordered a pair of wool slippers for my husband, who finds the cold hard on his feet in the evenings. They arrived well packed and the size was exactly right. The quality is very good for the price, and the instructions for care were clear. I am pleased with the purchase.
Read moreHad a problem with my order, a item arrived with a scuffed corner. Sent a message through the site and it took three days to get a reply. Once they answered they sorted a replacement quickly, but the wait was frustrating. Product is fine otherwise.

I bought a cordless kettle from them after comparing a few options on other sites. It does the job and the water heats up quickly. The lid is a bit stiff to open with one hand though, which is annoying first thing in the morning. Delivery was on time and the box came without any dents.
I've used them for a few years now and what stands out is they've never once missed a delivery slot. Only small gripe is the returns form is a bit fiddly to find on the site.
My old charger stopped working and I needed a replacement for work the next day. I placed the order late in the evening and it was dispatched first thing. It did take an extra day to arrive, which was a bit slower than I expected. The charger works fine now.
I had a look at a couple of other shops before buying. This one was a bit more expensive than the rival I found, but the stock was in and it shipped the same day. The item is well made and works as it should. The price difference was noticeable though.
