Needed a rug fast before my in-laws came round so I was hoping for next day. It came in four days, which was fine. The rug itself is lovely and soft and the colour matches the photo. Only thing is the return label wasn't in the box.

Compared to ordering from the big marketplace I usually use, this took noticeably longer to sort out. It was my first time ordering from them so I wasn't sure what to expect, and the checkout asked me to create an account which I didn't expect. Once it was done the item came fine, just took a while to get there and I had to message the site to ask when it would arrive.

Got the leather wallet and it feels really good in the hand, the stitching looks properly neat up close. Came in a little box with tissue paper, nice touch. Was a bit gutted the order took five days but it got here in one piece and the card slots are snug.

I needed a clock for the spare room that wouldn't tick loudly at night, and this one is perfectly quiet. The face is clear and easy to read, which matters to me. Delivery was prompt and the box was sturdy enough to protect it.

The colour on the cushion was a bit darker than the photos, more of a mustard than the soft yellow I wanted. Delivery was quick and the cover is well made. Sent it back on the form, just a bit fiddly to print the label.

It's a decent enough serving bowl and the glaze is nicely even. Price is fair for hand-finished stoneware. The only niggle is the bowl came with a small chip on the rim that I'd expect a bit more care over.

Compared it to the big homeware chain on the high street and this was way nicer for the money. The candle holder feels proper heavy and the packaging was tidy. Checkout was quick on my phone too, no faff at all. Will be back for sure.

got the rattan lamp for my room and honestly it looks so much better in person. ordered on a wednesday and it turned up friday. super easy checkout too, saved my card and everything. defo buying from them again x
