Trekkinn

Trekkinn is an outdoor gear retailer and I know my stuff so I went in with a list. The waterproof walking trousers I bought fit the description, the fabric is what they say it is and the zips feel sturdy. Only niggle is the delivery took four days when the site said two, but they were packed well and nothing got damaged.

The site is the best place I've found for buying a cheap tent for festivals. Ordered it on a Friday and it came the next Tuesday. I'd say it's good stuff for the money and I'd happily buy again.

Really easy site to use, bought a little dry bag for my trip and it arrived in two days. Nothing to complain about, I'd buy from them again for sure.

I needed a decent rucksack for our trip to the Lakes and my old one had finally split at the seam. I have been buying from this site for about eight years now, mostly camping bits for my husband and me. The rucksack arrived well packed and the fit was good once I adjusted the straps. Happy with it.

Compared with the outdoor shop in town, this site has far more choice for camping lanterns and the prices work out cheaper for the same makes. I have been a customer for many years and the ordering is simple. Everything I've ordered has come good and I'm pleased with the choice.

Bought a cheap camping chair for the caravan. Ordered it and it turned up quicker than I thought. Works fine for what it is and the price was hard to beat. Good value stuff.

I used to go to a different outdoor shop but this one has a bigger range of hiking socks and base layers. Compared with what I was paying before, the prices are lower for the same brands. I have been a regular for a good while now and it has never disappointed me.

Parcel arrived a day early and the tracking was spot on the whole way, got a text at each stage. Ordered from my phone on the bus and it was all really easy to find what I needed. Would use again.

My old stove packed in just before a weekend away so I needed something quick. The order went through fine but the stove felt a bit flimsy compared with what I expected from the photos. Delivery was on time. Not disastrous but I'd want to check the spec more carefully next time.

I was comparing a few sites for a new backpack and this one came out cheaper than the usual big brand stores, even after delivery. The bag is well made and the zips are good. Took a bit longer to arrive than advertised, about four working days, but nothing too bad. Happy enough.

The best bit is the app, you can save your size and it just remembers. Got my hiking trousers in like two days and they fit well. Super quick and no faff, would order again.

What struck me first was how quickly the gaiters were dispatched after I placed the order. Unfortunately the fit was rather snug around the ankle, which I had not expected from the size chart. I did manage to exchange them, although the returns form was somewhat fiddly to complete online.

I bought a fleece for my son's birthday and I've been ordering from them for years so I knew what to expect. It arrived quickly and the size was right. The fabric is soft and warm. Good service as always and the packing was tidy.

I ordered a pair of telescopic walking poles for my knees, which have been giving me bother on the hills. They arrived securely wrapped and the instructions were clear enough for an old chap to follow. The grips are comfortable and the locks hold firm. I would happily order from them again.

I bought a head torch after comparing three or four options online. This one was a few quid more than the cheapest but the reviews on the page helped me pick. It works well for night walks and the battery lasts. The second delivery took longer than I wanted though.

Been ordering my trail running shoes from here for years and they never let me down. Ordered a new pair last month and they came quick. Only thing was the size I wanted was out of stock so I took the next one up.

I needed a lightweight rain jacket for a week in Scotland and didn't want to spend a fortune. Found one here that had good reviews and the price was really sensible for the spec. It arrived in a few days, the fit is good and it has kept me dry. Good value for money.

I bought a self inflating sleeping mat as my first big purchase from here. The mat had a dent in the corner which looked like it had been squashed in transit, and it took a few emails before anyone replied to my message about it. They did sort a replacement in the end. Packaging could be better for something this bulky.

I had been looking at a shop on the high street for a sleeping bag but the one here was lighter and cheaper for what it is. Compared with the other place it had more detail in the product photos and the temperature rating was clearly listed. Easy checkout too.
