Compared to the merchant down the road this is a fair bit cheaper on plasterboard and screws, though not the cheapest I've seen. Ordering was easy enough and the boards came on the tail lift without any dents. The only thing is the delivery window was a big four hour slot, so I had to wait in.

Best builders merchant I've used online by miles. I know my timber and they had the right sections in stock, graded properly, and the spec matched the listing. Ordered a batch of 4x2 for a stud wall and it turned up on the agreed day, nicely strapped. Wouldn't go anywhere else for structural stuff now.

Way better than the big DIY shop for my bits. Got a bag of screws and some sanding discs, same stuff for less money. Delivery was quick, got it the day after.

Needed roofing felt and some battens in a hurry because a storm had lifted part of the shed roof. Found it on here, the prices were sensible compared to the local place, and I got it all ordered the same evening. Delivered the next morning, which saved the weekend. Good value for a one-off job.

Would use again, the app is decent for ordering quick bits like tape and sealant. Went to pick up the screws I'd ordered and they were ready when I got there, which was nice. Prices seem fine for what it is. Only annoying bit was the parking outside the branch, no spaces near the door.

I've been ordering for my business for ages and the prices are fair for the sheet materials. Delivery has been reliable every time, the lads on the lorry are always careful with the packs. The only thing I'd change is the search, it's a bit fussy when you're after a specific size.

The trade account reorder is the bit I rate most, my last six months of orders are all sat there so I just tap in the usual sheets of OSB and the box of joist hangers and it's done before the kettle boils. Been using them for years for the van jobs and the prices are fair for what you get.
