Honestly this was my first time ordering from them and I'm glad I went for it. The site was easy to find my way round, I could filter by medium which saved me loads of scrolling, and the watercolour pads I got were lovely thick paper that didn't buckle when I wet it. Packed well too, nothing bent in the post. Will be back for the brushes I've had my eye on.

Needed replacement brushes for my printmaking. Had a look at a few sites and this one had the exact sizes I wanted in stock. Ordered on Monday and they were on my doorstep Wednesday. Nothing to add beyond that.

I've been buying my pastels from here for about eight years now. Last order was a refill of the soft sticks in my usual colours, same as always. Still the same quality as when I started, and the account page remembers my details which saves time.

Needed a canvas for a gift, ordered it on my phone while waiting for the bus. Easy to find the size I wanted and checkout took a minute. Arrived quick and the canvas was properly wrapped with corner protectors, no dents at all. Done.

Before this I'd been using a much pricier brand from a big online retailer, so I was curious. These watercolours are a similar quality for noticeably less money. First time ordering here and the site was easy to navigate, and the tins arrived in a padded envelope with no damage.

Needed a bulk order of gesso for a set of canvases. Price was the big draw for me, it came out cheaper than the other places I checked. Quality is fine for what I'm doing. Delivery was quick and everything was there.

Got a little pocket sketchbook for drawing on the bus. Paper takes pencil really well and doesn't bleed much with fineliner. The cover's a bit flimsy but for the price it's fine. Turned up in two days, no complaints.

I needed a decent sketchbook for my fine art course and my tutor kept going on about paper weight. Looked at a few options and this one had the heavier cartridge paper at a sensible price. Arrived quick and it's exactly what the course list asked for.

I'm pleased to say the order went through without any fuss. I had my reservations at first, but the wooden easel is sturdy and folds away neatly. The instructions were clear and the whole thing was delivered within the week, which I did not expect.

Used to grab my supplies from the local shop but this site beats it for range. Ordered charcoal and a few fixatives and it came next morning. Quick and simple, didn't have to wait around.

Got into hand lettering and needed some proper fine liners. Didn't want to spend loads so I checked a couple of places. These were reasonable and the ink flows smooth on the cheap paper I practise on. Got them in a couple of days and the packaging was tidy. Great little set for a beginner, would happily get more.

First time buying from here and I was a bit nervous about the paper quality after reading mixed things. Turns out the heavyweight pad is great for mixed media. Ordering was smooth and the paper came flat, not bent or creased, which I was worried about.

Compared with the big high street craft shop, these sets came out about a third cheaper for the same brand of acrylics. Quality looks the same to me. Delivery was next day and the box arrived intact, so I'm happy with the money I spent.
