Good for the weekly shop and I was a bit surprised how easy it was for a first go. Delivery was on time and the order was complete. Would order again.

I was rather taken aback by how much of the hot food counter they stock for home delivery, which I had not expected from an online grocer. I ordered a roast chicken and some vegetables for my sister who had a fall, and both arrived still warm in the insulated bag. The driver was courteous and carried everything to the door without being asked.

The first thing I noticed was the bit at checkout where you pick a slot, it shows you the whole week at a glance which I liked. Signing up took about two minutes and I got a code for my first shop. The items I ordered arrived in one bag, fresh stuff was cold and the substitutions were sensible. Happy to use them again.

Needed loads of crisps and drinks for a party so I used the app. Easy to find everything and the delivery came the next morning like it said, bags were all intact. Pretty happy with it honestly.

Used their click and collect for the weekly shop, picked the 6pm slot on the Thursday and the order was ready when I got there. The staff brought the trolley out to the car park which saved my back. Everything I wanted was there, and the bananas were actually ripe, which never happens elsewhere.

Got their own brand coffee and pasta sauce on the last order and they're honestly as good as the big names for a lot less. Knows its stuff for the price and the packaging on the coffee kept it fresh. Nothing to moan about.

Compared to the big delivery apps this is quicker to use and the fees are lower, so it came out cheaper on my usual Friday order. The driver texted when they were two minutes away which was a nice touch. Sorted.

I looked at three other sites before going with them for my weekly shop and honestly the prices were a bit higher than the big supermarket delivery apps, but the substitutions were much better and the driver actually rang to check about a missing item rather than just leaving it out. The app could do with a clearer filter for dietary stuff though, took me a while to find the gluten free bit.
