This is the best online shopping experience I've had in a while, and I'd say that after ordering my first thing from them. The site was easy to use and I got a confirmation straight away, which is more than I can say for some places. The item was packed properly and arrived within two days. The price was fair for what it is and I'd order again without a second thought.

Ordered the running trainers on my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Got a text when they dispatched and they turned up the next morning. Fit is decent and the box was fine, nothing to moan about. Would order again.

Verdict first: this is the thermostat I'd pick for a combi boiler again. I've fitted a few over the years and the compatibility checker on the site saved me a return. Packed well, the box arrived intact and the wireless pairing took about ten minutes. Heating has been steady since.

My old coffee grinder had finally given up after twenty years, so I needed something dependable without spending a fortune. I was ever so pleased with how carefully the order was handled and how well it was packed. The grinder works beautifully, and I'd happily order from them again.

Compared this to the other charger I'd been looking at and this one was smaller and cheaper, so I went with it. Ordered on my phone in about a minute and it arrived the next day. Works fine with my phone and the cable feels sturdy. Would buy again.

I compared the same item in a local shop before ordering here, and the difference was quite marked. The one I chose feels sturdier and the price was not much more than the shop was asking. Delivery came well wrapped and on the day they said it would.

Bought the mechanical keyboard with the tactile switches, and I've typed on enough of them to know what to look for. The keycaps are a nice thick plastic and the switches have a clean bump without being scratchy. Packaging was tidy and it turned up within the week. Price was reasonable for a board this well built, and I'd be happy to buy from them again.

I looked around at a few other shops before choosing this, and the pan I wanted was a good deal cheaper here. It's had regular use for a month now and the non-stick is holding up well. The order was simple to place and I had it within a few days. Happy customer.

The case has a little ridge around the camera that stops it scratching the lens, which is the bit I noticed first. Ordered it on my phone in bed, took like two minutes. Arrived fast and fits my phone perfectly, no gaps at the corners.

We needed a printer for the kids' school forms and the old one had packed in, so I wanted something that wouldn't cost the earth. Ordered through the site and it came in three days, which was fine. The price was lower than the supermarket and the ink is not too dear either, so I'm happy with the value.

the lid on the lunchbox is what sold me, it actually seals properly so nothing leaks in my bag. got a couple of them so i can rotate them through the week. arrived a day later than i hoped but was fine. good for the price.

We needed a replacement garden hose reel and this was a good bit cheaper than the garden centre. The reel itself is sturdy enough and the hose doesn't kink much. The delivery slot was a four hour window, which meant waiting in all afternoon, so that's the only real niggle for me.

The little spoon rest that came with the set is the bit I keep noticing, honestly it's the detail that made me stick with them. Everything else was tidy and arrived without any damage. I've been ordering from here for years and it's still the place I go first.

I needed a replacement dehumidifier for the damp room, and it wasn't a purchase I wanted to get wrong. I looked at a few options from the bigger names and this one came out ahead on price and reviews. The unit was delivered in good time and set up without fuss. It's already drying the room out nicely, so I'm pleased with the choice.

Got the cordless hedge trimmer as an upgrade from my old corded one, and I know the category well enough to spot a decent spec. The battery holds charge for a good few hours of work. Arrived in one piece and quicker than I expected. Solid buy.

I've been buying from them for about six years and they're usually reliable. This time the jacket was a bit smaller in the chest than I'd hoped, so I sent it back. The return label was easy to print, but the refund didn't land in my account for almost two weeks, which was longer than I'd like.

First time buying from them and I'd looked at a couple of other sites for the same hoodie first. This one was a fair bit cheaper and the sizing chart was actually useful. It came quicker than I expected too. Pretty happy with it so far.

Bought the basic kettle from them after comparing about four options elsewhere, mainly because the delivery was quicker and it was a fair bit cheaper than the big chains. Arrived next day, boxed up nicely and no faff getting it set up. Does exactly what I wanted.

I'd say the bag is lovely for the price, the leather is soft and the stitching looks neat. The zip is a bit stiff to start with though and it took a few goes to get it moving smoothly. Delivery was on time and the packaging was sensible. Not a big issue, but worth knowing.
