Honestly one of the easiest sites I've used for this sort of thing. Filters were in stock, ordered them on a Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. Customer chat answered my question in about a minute too, which was a nice surprise.

Compared a few places before ordering and this was the one that didn't make me hunt for the delivery cost. Was cheaper than the big names and the item came with a note. Tracking was spot on.

I know this area well from years of doing my own DIY, and the range here is good. The thing that caught my eye was the detailed spec sheet for each tool. Took nearly two weeks to get a refund once I sent the drill back, as the returns form kept rejecting my reference number. Eventually sorted but it was a real bother.

Good, and I'd order from them again. Bought a spare charger for the car and it works fine. Only niggle was the checkout asked me to create an account before I could pay, which annoyed me a bit. Delivery was quick though.

Easily the best of the ones I tried this month. Compared three sites and the prices were close but this one had the clearest sizing info and the order arrived when they said. Customer support answered my question in under an hour, which I didn't expect. Would use again for sure.

Went for a replacement basket for our air fryer after comparing a few options online. This one matched the model exactly and the non stick coating looks decent. Came well wrapped and took two days. Happy with it.

Got a little bedside lamp for my flat and it's exactly what I hoped for. Bulb was already in, plugged in straight away and the light is nice and warm. Delivery was fine, arrived in about three days, which for me is fast enough. Really happy with it, lovely bit of mood lighting now.

Ordered from them instead of my usual place and it was way quicker to check out, no faff with the account bit. Only thing is the delivery slot was a bit vague but it turned up fine.

I know my way around garden tools and the detailed spec sheet for each item is what caught my eye. Could see the cutting width and motor power before buying, which is more than I get from most places. Ordered a hedge trimmer, it arrived well packed and works a treat.

Compared it with my usual place and this was quicker to order from on my phone, the basket never reset on me. Got a replacement cable for the TV and it came the next working day, which was great, nothing more to say really.

I needed a replacement cable with a particular connector and this was the only place listing the full spec clearly. Ordered on a Thursday and it came the following Monday. Packaging was snug and the cable works perfectly with my kit. Only thing is the price was a bit above the marketplace sellers, but the fit was right first time.

Needed a new kettle and a few bits for my room in halls and the site had everything in one go. Ordered on Sunday night and it turned up Tuesday morning, packed properly. Cheap enough too, no complaints from me, would order again.

Needed a present for my sister's birthday in a hurry and this was the first place I found with a next day option. Ordered Friday night and it turned up Saturday morning. Wrapping was a bit basic but the gift itself was perfect.

Bought a set of replacement filters for the boiler and the price per filter worked out lower than the high street. Checked the compatibility list first which saved me a fiddly return. Arrived in two days, box was a bit crushed on one corner but filters were fine. Good value, so I'll be back.

Needed a new set of storage boxes for the loft and wanted to spend less than I'd have paid in store. Found a set that fitted the shelving and the price was fair. Arrived in a couple of days and everything matched the listing.

Compared it with two other places and this was a bit dearer for the same thing. Still went with it because the filters on the page actually worked and I found the right one in a minute. Delivery was a day slower than the other lot, nothing major though. Would probably buy again if the price came down a touch.

Ordered a charging cable from them last week, the one with the right connector finally. Found it in about two minutes on my phone, checkout was quick and no faff. Arrived the next day and it works fine. Would get from them again tbh.

The first thing I noticed was the detailed size guide with actual measurements for each item, which saved me guessing. Ordered a pair of shelves for the hallway and they fitted perfectly, so pleased I took the time to check.

This is the one to get if you want a decent set of storage containers without overpaying. First order here and the item was exactly as shown with clear measurements, and it arrived in a couple of days. No fuss at all, and I'd order again from them.
