I compared a few shutter companies before going with this one, and it came out ahead on price and on the range of colours. The ordering tool made the measurements straightforward and the delivery was tracked properly. The build quality feels right. Fitted them last weekend without much fuss.
Read moreI'd got quotes from a couple of other places and this one was a bit dearer than the cheapest, so I did wonder. The shutters are nice enough, but one of the panels had a small scuff on the edge when it arrived. Customer services replied after three days, which felt slow, and they sorted a replacement eventually. Fine in the end but it dragged.
Read moreWe'd just moved into a flat with huge windows and no curtains at all, so I needed something sorted quickly before the in-laws came round. I measured up myself, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but the site walked me through it step by step and the blinds arrived looking exactly like the photos. Fitting was easy with the instructions they included. Really pleased with how it turned out.
Read moreBought a set of cheap blinds for my flat and they came in a box that was a bit battered. Blinds are fine though, slat tilt works and the cord lock is sound. Got a decent discount with a code. Yeah, good enough.
I ordered full height plantation shutters for a bay window, and I know a fair bit about window coverings from my last job, so I checked the frame allowance carefully. The fit was close but the tolerance on the louvres is slightly tighter than I'd like. They still look lovely and the hinges are solid. Took a few extra days to arrive.
I had a quote from a local supplier that was quite a bit more than this site, so I went with them instead. The measuring guide was clear enough, though I did have to double check a couple of the dimensions. The shutters themselves look well made and the finish is nice. Delivery was a day later than the estimate, which was fine.
I would say the shutters were worth the wait and the finish is lovely. My only grumble is that I had a question about the hinge spacing and it took the best part of four days to get a reply, which I found rather a long time. The order itself was straightforward and the price was fair. They arrived in good condition and the fitter said they were well made.
Got a roller blind for my bedroom because the sun was waking me up at like 5am. Ordered on a Sunday, it came Wednesday, fitted it in about ten minutes with the brackets in the box. Colour is a bit darker than I expected but honestly it's blocking the light so who cares. Would get again.
