The Outlet Shop

Bought a massive oversized hoodie from here for a festival and honestly it was perfect. Loads of colour options and it came quicker than I thought, like three days. Fits exactly how I wanted and the fabric is really soft so I'm wearing it all the time now.

Compared it with the big department store website first and the same brand jumper was about a third cheaper here, which is why I went ahead. Ordered on a Tuesday, it turned up the following Monday, folded nicely and fitted exactly as expected. Good value for what it is, no complaints.

Went for a half zip running top here and the sizing chart looks a bit generous to me. I'd normally wear a medium in this brand and it came up a touch big in the chest, so I'd check the measurements before ordering.

Needed a spare phone charger in a hurry after mine packed up on the train. Ordered it in the evening and it was here in two days, which is decent. The charger works fine, though the cable is shorter than the listing made it look. Would order again.

ordered a couple of tops and a pair of jeans on a Sunday night and they were here by Wednesday which is mad. the jeans fit really well and the material is actually thick, not see through like some stuff i've had before. the checkout was super quick on my phone too. definitely ordering again soon, probably this week lol

Bought a small socket set and I know this sort of kit well from years in the trade. Quality is better than you would expect at this price, the ratchet clicks smoothly and the sockets are properly marked. Good stuff.

Compared it to the high street shop i usually use and it was way cheaper for basically the same top. The fabric is a bit thinner than i thought from the photos but it still looks nice on. Ordered on the app and it took about a week to arrive, which was fine tbh. I'd buy from them again for sure.

This is the throw I had been looking for and it is exactly as described. Ordering was simple and it arrived within a few days. Lovely colour and very good for the money.

Worth using if you are not in a rush. Prices were lower than what I would pay in town for the same kettle, and the site was easy enough to navigate once I found the filter for my size of model. Delivery took just under two weeks which was longer than I would have liked, but the item was fine when it arrived and the saving made it worthwhile.

I had a query about a jumper that had been delivered a size too small, and I did not hear back from the site for almost three days. When the reply did come it was polite and sorted out the exchange, but the return label was a bit fiddly to print and I had to ring the post office to check where to drop it off. I would use them again but I was hoping for a quicker response.

Trainers arrived at the weekend, which was quick. One heel had a small scuff on it, nothing major, but I had to message them and they sorted a replacement pair within a couple of days. Checkout on my phone was a bit fiddly but got there in the end.

I did not expect much from a site like this but the bargain I was hoping for turned out to be real. The wool throw I bought is soft and warm and was well priced. Everything arrived as described and I have already told my sister about it.

Looked at three other sites before buying a set of bedding and this one came out a few quid more than the cheapest. The sheets are decent quality and the thread count is what I was after, so I was happy enough. Had to wait a bit longer than I expected for it to show up.

Needed a dressing gown that was easy to get on and off after an operation, and this one ticked the boxes. Had never ordered from here before so was a bit nervous, but it arrived in four days and the quality is good. Wrapped up well and comfortable.

Bought a gift set of bath products for my sister's birthday and it was a good price for what you get. The bath bomb is a nice size and the scent is lovely without being overpowering. The box was a bit squashed when it arrived, though the contents were all fine and she was pleased. I'd use the site again for presents, it saves me trekking into town.

I have bought a winter coat from here for about six years now and this is the third one. The lining on this latest coat is a bit thinner than the last one, which I noticed straight away when I tried it on. Still good value and it keeps the wind off, but it is not quite what it was.

This is the best value for a decent waterproof jacket I have come across in a long while. The seams are taped properly and the zips feel sturdy, which is what I look for when I am walking the dog in the rain. Sizing ran true to the chart, I ordered my usual and it fitted. Delivery was prompt and the whole thing felt like good money spent.

Had a wedding coming up and nothing in my wardrobe, so needed something quick and cheap. Found a dress on here that looked alright in the pics and it did the job. Arrived in a few days, love it.

I compared this lamp with one from a well-known homeware shop before deciding, and the price here was considerably lower. The base is sturdier than the other one I looked at, though the shade is a shade darker than the photograph suggested. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery arrived within the stated window.

I needed a pair of lightweight trousers and a cardigan for a trip to Cornwall with my husband, and I was rather short of time. The order went through without any fuss and I was pleased with how easy the checkout was, although I did have to chase up the tracking email as it didn't arrive until the Thursday. The items were exactly as described and the price was fair, so I wouldn't say I minded the small wait.
