Needed a hoodie for the gym and ordered this on a whim. Took nearly ten days to arrive which was longer than the site said. The hoodie itself is alright, a bit thin. Not the end of the world but I'd think twice before ordering in a rush.

Compared a few places before ordering a pair of running shorts and this one was the most expensive by a fair bit. The shorts themselves are good quality and the lining is comfy. Delivery came in a couple of days but I had to wait for a reply from customer services about a size swap, which took three days. Would probably go elsewhere for basics but these are nice for runs.

Needed a dark jacket for a funeral at short notice and the choice on the site was decent. Looked at a few other shops before settling on this one. It arrived the next morning which saved me. The lining feels a bit thin but it looks smart and I'm not complaining about a last minute buy.

I bought a navy cardigan for a family christening and was a little worried it would not fit. The measurements on the page were very helpful, and it arrived in good time. The fabric is lovely and the buttons feel sturdy. I have been very pleased with it.
