Yes, I'd happily use them again. I've been ordering from this site for about six years now, mostly bedding and the odd bit of kitchenware. Everything has arrived in good order and the aftercare has always been friendly when I've needed it. Prices are fair and I've never felt pushed into anything. My husband asks why I don't try the big names, but I know what I'm getting here.

My old kettle had finally given up after thirty years, so I needed a replacement without fuss. I found one here that suited, and the ordering process was straightforward and courteous. It arrived promptly and was well packed. A most satisfactory experience, and I'd be glad to order again.

A discount code I found online brought the price of my bike lock down by ten pounds at checkout. The lock is solid and the cable is thick. Delivered next day which surprised me. Good value for the money.

Needed a phone charger for the office tonight and my old one had just died. Ordered it on my phone in about two minutes between meetings and it arrived next morning. Easy checkout, no fuss, exactly what I needed.

Forgot my wife's birthday was this week so needed something quick. Found a candle set on here at lunch and ordered it on my phone. Arrived Thursday, she was made up with it. Easy to use on the phone.

Easily the best value I've found for good quality cotton towels, they're thick and hold up well after a few washes. I've got a feel for towels having been through a few sets over the years, and these punch above their price. Delivery came in three days and was neatly packed. Would reorder the bath sheets for sure.

The first thing I bought was a set of plant pot saucers, and they've held up through two winters without cracking. I've been ordering from this site for years now and it's always been dependable. Last spring I needed a replacement trowel and it came the next day. Staff on the phone were patient when I got muddled with the order number. Prices suit a pensioner's budget.

I bought a plug-in oil-filled radiator for the spare room, and it's a sturdy thing with a proper thermostat dial. Heats the room up in about twenty minutes. The one thing that bugged me was the colour in the listing looked a bit more grey than the one that arrived, though it's still a nice neutral. Delivery was quick and it was well wrapped. Happy enough with it.

Bought a pair of work boots for a bit of a bargain price, and they're comfortable straight out the box. The thing to watch is sizing, mine run half a size small compared to the chart, so I had to swap. Swapping was a bit slow to get sorted but they got it done in the end. Value is good.

Got a desk lamp for my flat and it arrived in a box smaller than I expected, which was nice. Simple to put together and it works well. Cheap too, got it for way less than in the shops. Would buy again.

My first order with them was a set of kitchen storage jars with lids. The jars themselves are fine and look like the photos, and the price was lower than the big chain I usually use. However the delivery took nearly a week and I had to message twice to find out where it was, and the reply only came the next day. It all turned up in one piece in the end, just not as quick as I'd hoped.

Bought a stainless steel water bottle and it's a decent one for the price. Keeps drinks cold through a full day at work and the lid doesn't leak. The seal is a bit fiddly to get back on after washing, which is why it's four rather than five. Delivery was fine, it arrived in three days.

Compared a few places for a set of LED bulbs and this was the cheapest by a fair bit. Delivered free over the minimum spend, arrived in two days. Bulbs work fine so far. Not much to complain about for the price.

Way quicker to order than the usual app I use for takeaway-style deliveries of household things. Tracking updated properly and the driver rang before arriving. Got my stuff in the afternoon, which was ideal.

Compared with the big chain I usually buy from, this was nearly a third cheaper for the same drill bit set. Quality looks just as good and the case is sturdy. Delivery was quick and nothing rattled in the box. Ordering was easy and no need to make an account. For the money it's hard to beat, and I'll be buying my next set from here.

The first thing I noticed was how clear the delivery options were at checkout, with the cut off time for next day stated right there. I'd compared three other shops for a set of reusable food bags and this one came out cheapest once postage was added. The bags came packed neatly and arrived the next working day with no problems. The site was easy to use and I'll be back for more.

I needed a corner shelf for the bathroom that would take the weight of bottles, and the one I picked fits neatly into the awkward gap by the shower. The fixings were all included, which saved me a trip to the DIY shop. Ordered Monday and it arrived Wednesday with clear instructions. Really pleased with how it looks and works.

Way quicker than the other site I usually use for stuff like phone cases and cables. Ordered on a Sunday night and it was on the doorstep Tuesday. Fine by me!
