What struck me first was the price, which was noticeably lower than what my usual place charges for the same service. I booked a session by phone and the lady who took the call was patient and polite with me. Everything turned up exactly as described and on the date agreed. Very sensible, and I shall be going back.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. I mostly buy printer ink and the occasional bit of stationery for the office. Prices are sensible and the delivery is usually next day if I order before lunch. Nothing has ever arrived damaged.

Having bought a lot of camera gear over the years, I can say this place beat the usual specialist shops on price for the same lens. The stock listing was accurate and the lens arrived in good condition. The price difference paid for the tripod I also bought.

Got a 25 metre garden hose and a set of fittings for well under what the garden centre wanted. Does the job, no kinks so far and the connectors click on properly. Delivery was quick and it came in one piece, which is all I need from it.

I'd been looking at buying a cot mattress in town and this was about a third cheaper for the same brand. The checkout was quicker than I expected too, I was done in a few minutes. Delivery came the following week, the mattress was in good condition and the box was easy to carry up the stairs.

I needed a present for my sister's birthday and the shops in town had nothing I liked, so I went looking online. I found a jewellery box with a little drawer and ordered it on a Thursday evening, expecting it to take ages. It was there by Saturday lunchtime and the box was wrapped nicely enough to give straight away. The box looks lovely and my sister was really chuffed with it. I will be shopping here again for birthdays.

I needed a replacement part for my sewing machine after the old one broke, and I was pleased to find it listed on the site. The ordering was simple enough, though I did have to create an account first, which was a little tedious. The part arrived within the week and works well. It just took me a few goes to find the right menu option when I wanted to track the parcel.

Bought a 12 piece drill and bit set for about thirty quid, which is well under what the DIY shops charge for something similar. It came in a plain cardboard box with no fuss and everything was there. I've used it on a few jobs around the house now and the bits are holding up better than I expected for the money. Good value for a set you'll use a few times a year.

Booked two tickets for a gig on the app on my lunch break. Took about a minute, payment went through first time, tickets showed up in the app straight away. Got in no bother on the night. Quick and easy, would use again.

Compared to the big electronics chain down the road, this was far quicker to buy from and the price was lower on the same headphones. I put the order in on a Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday morning. The box was well packed and the headphones were perfect.

Used the site to take out a home contents policy and I was comparing the excess levels closely before I picked one. Buying it was straightforward and the documents came through by email right away. When I made a claim after a burst pipe, the handler asked for the usual photos and proof of the damage, then came back with a decision within the week. The money reached my account a few days later. Good solid service.

Our old bath mat had gone mouldy and my wife said we really needed a replacement before she would let me forget it. I ordered a plain grey one and it arrived well packaged. The colour matched the rest of the bathroom and it is very comfortable underfoot.

We needed a new wheelchair cushion for my father after his old one wore flat, and the local shop had nothing in stock for weeks. I found this site and ordered the one the occupational therapist had recommended. It came quickly and fitted the chair exactly as it should. The returns page was very clear, which I appreciated, as I was worried about getting the size wrong.

Decent enough, but it took a while to get going. I signed up on the app and the verification step wanted a photo of my ID twice before it would let me book anything. Once that was sorted the booking itself was easy enough and nothing went wrong on the day. Would probably try them again, though I'd want the sign up to be quicker.

The first thing I noticed was that the box had taken a bit of a knock in transit, though the lamp inside was undamaged and worked straight away. I'd bought a reading lamp for my armchair after my old one stopped working. The instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Only minor complaint, but I'd rather the packaging held up better.

Got a grey hoodie off the site after seeing it on Instagram, and it turned up quicker than I thought it would, like two days. Fit is spot on and the material is soft without being thin. Checkout was dead easy on my phone, I didn't have to make an account which was nice. Would order again, honestly, it's been my go to thing to wear since it arrived.

Compared with buying my usual eye drops from the chemist, this worked out a fair bit cheaper, and I was pleased with that. I placed the order on a Monday and the box arrived on Wednesday. The packaging was discreet and everything was in order.

I had a problem with a jigsaw that arrived with a missing piece, and I was not looking forward to the fuss. I wrote in through the contact form and had a reply the same afternoon. They sent a replacement piece by second class post and it arrived in a few days. I am glad I did not have to argue about it.
