Honestly the first thing I noticed was how fast my order came, a phone charger and a pack of cables turned up the next morning. Ordering was easy and the prices are normally fair. I've used them for years and they've never messed me up yet, so I'll keep going back.

The item I bought, a garden hose reel, was exactly as shown and I was happy with how it arrived. The one bit I'd mention is that returning something I didn't need took a few emails back and forth before they sorted the label, which was more trouble than I'd have liked.

I ordered a bedside lamp and it turned up without a fuss, nicely packed and looking just like the photos. I've been a regular with them for years and this is the sort of thing they get right every time.

I've been ordering from them for a long time now, mostly gifts for the grandchildren and the odd household bit. What I value most is that the sizes listed are accurate and they always send a confirmation email straight away. Never a bad experience.

My printer ran out of ink right before I had to print a stack of forms for work, so I needed cartridges fast and cheap. The site had compatible ones at a lot less than the official brand, they arrived the next day and print fine. Saved me a fair bit over the year.

Brilliant that every birthday present I've ordered from them has turned up on time, which matters when you're a bit forgetful about dates. This time it was a jigsaw and a little craft kit for my granddaughter, both sorted in two days, and the boxes were in good nick. Been using them for years now and they've never let me down, so I'm not about to stop.

Ordered a pair of running trainers on a Sunday night and they were at my door by Wednesday. Box was fine, fit is spot on, saved me a trip to town so yeah, happy days, will be back for more.

Honestly one of the better online shops I've used for this kind of thing. Stock was right, the descriptions matched what turned up, and the checkout was quick with no faff at all.

My old kettle packed in the week before we had guests, so I needed something quick and cheap. Found one on the site for a good price and it came in two days, works perfectly.

I've shopped with them a good few years and I did compare this week's order with my usual local shop. Their price was noticeably lower on the same storage boxes, but the packaging was thinner than I'd like and one corner was dented on arrival. Still worth it for the saving.

I'm pleased to say this was a thoroughly satisfactory purchase. The ordering process was straightforward, my order was confirmed promptly, and the item arrived well wrapped and exactly as described, which I did not expect at this price.

Got a hoodie off the site on my lunch break, checkout took like a minute. Fit's a bit bigger than I thought but it's fine. Only thing was the email tracking link didn't work till the next day, mildly annoying. Delivered Thursday.

I compared four or five sites for a set of storage drawers before picking this one, and it came out ahead on price and on the delivery promise. The drawers were sturdy and the instructions were clear. I'd say it was the most sensible choice of the lot, and it's been the same since.

This was my first time ordering from them and the checkout was clear enough, though the delivery estimate was a day out. The item is a decent quality set of towels and it arrived in good order. I'll probably order again.

I started a new job and needed a laptop bag for the commute, and I didn't want to spend much. Found a good one here for less than I'd expected and it arrived the next morning. Zip feels solid so far.

I looked at about four vacuums elsewhere before settling on the cordless one from here. Price was the same as the others but it had more reviews and a clearer returns page. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the site said, which was annoying, but the vacuum itself is good and I'm happy with the choice I made.

I was choosing between three places for a new kitchen mat, and this one had the best price with free delivery over the amount I was spending. I went with them because of the reviews and the easy checkout, and I'm glad I did.

Compared with the big chain near me, the site had the same bedding set for a fair bit less and the delivery was quicker. I've bought from them three times now with no problems at all.

Compared with the usual big brand I'd normally buy, this was the same kettle for about a third less, and it's the same model with the same warranty. Delivery was quick and the box was intact. No complaints at all.
