The order was processed without any fuss and I had a confirmation email straight away. The items were well made and arrived in good condition, which I was glad of as I'd been a little worried about postage. The returns policy is also clear, though I haven't needed it. I'm pleased with the whole experience and expect to shop here regularly.

Read moreI ordered the grey wool throw for the sofa in the front room, as my old one had started to pill quite badly. It's a good thick weave and it's exactly the colour shown on the screen, which I was a little doubtful about. The only small thing is that the delivery said it would come within a week and it took nine days, though nobody contacted me to say why. I'd still order from them again.
