Swan Products

Gave these a go for a set of garden lights, and it was my first order with them. The lights work but one of the strings had a loose bulb out of the box, which I sorted myself. Delivery was a few days, no fuss. Would order again but I'll check the packing next time.

Bought the sofa cover set in the grey herringbone and it fits our three seater properly, which is more than I can say for the last lot I tried from elsewhere. The elasticated corners stay put even with two dogs on it, and the fabric feels a bit heavier than I expected for the money, so it washes well without shrinking. Went with the 40 degree wash as the label said and it came out fine.

First time ordering from here and the checkout was simple enough. The dressing gown I got is soft and the pockets are a good size, which is what I wanted. Arrived in about three days.

Our bread bin cracked and we needed a replacement before the weekend, so I was after something cheap that would last. I went with a steel one from here because it came in under what the shops nearby were asking. It arrived the next day in a decent box, nothing dented. It's a good size for a large loaf and the lid seals well, which keeps the bread fresh for days. Not much more to say, it does the job.

We needed a throw for the spare room bed and didn't want to spend much. Found a plain one on here at a good price with free delivery over a set amount, which we hit easily. It's soft enough and looks decent, and the colour matches the cushions.

Went to these over a big chain for a set of pillows and they were noticeably dearer, which put me off a bit at first. The pillows are fine and the delivery was quick, two days, but I did find the same ones a few quid less somewhere else after. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone too.

Needed a desk lamp for the home office and didn't want to spend much. I'd compared a few options first and this one had the best reviews for the money. It's bright, the arm holds its position and the switch is easy to find. Arrived in two days.

Way better than the other site I was using for storage boxes, the lids actually click shut and the boxes stack. Delivery was next day and everything was packed well. Ordering was quick on my phone too.

Bought the wooden coat rack I'd seen on the site and the colour is a lot darker than the photo, more of a mahogany than the honey oak shown. It's sturdy enough and the hooks are solid, but I had to send a message to ask about it and the reply took two days. Delivery was fine.

Really reliable place to order from and I've been using them since they first started. Ordered replacement garden hose fittings last spring and they arrived when they said they would, packed well with no fuss. Customer contact has always been quick when I've needed it. Been a regular ever since and nothing's changed.

Honestly this is a good shop, the stuff I got is solid and it all came quick. Got a couple of candles and a mug set and they both look nice on the shelf. Nothing to complain about.

Compared to the big brand I'd normally buy from, these curtains were a fair bit less and the lining is almost as good. Delivery took a week rather than the three days I was promised, which was annoying, but they did send an update. The fabric is nice and heavy and blocks the light well in the bedroom. For the money it's a sensible buy.

Honestly the fit is the thing, the grey cover sits right on our sofa with no gaps at the arms. Ordered it on a Tuesday and it was here by the weekend. Didn't think I'd be this happy with a sofa cover tbh.

Ordered the stainless kettle on the way to work and it turned up the next afternoon. Boils quick and the lid doesn't drip, which was my main worry with cheaper ones. Packaging was tidy, nothing broken. Happy with it.

The silicone liners that came with the air fryer basket were the bit that surprised me, they're thick and don't stick to anything. I'd only ordered the basket so it was a nice bonus. This was my first order with them and the email tracking was spot on. Fine for a first go.
