Our hot water cylinder had started leaking and we needed a replacement quickly. I made the booking online and the survey was arranged for the following week, which I thought was reasonable. The engineer explained each part clearly and the job was tidy when he finished. I'm grateful and I'd use them again without any second thoughts.
Read moreI ordered a new boiler through the site and the price was a bit higher than some places I looked at, but the install was booked straight away. Then the delivery of the unit was pushed back by nearly two weeks and nobody told me until I rang. Once it arrived the engineer was good and it runs well, but the wait was a real pain with the weather turning cold.

Clear process from start to finish, and the paperwork came…
Read moreBought a radiator kit with thermostatic valves for the spare room. Price was a fair bit under the big DIY chains and the parts all matched the listing. Delivery took a few days longer than they said, but the kit was complete and nothing was missing, so I can't complain much about the value.
Bought the smart thermostat and it arrived in a day which was quick. The app took ages to pair with the heating though and I had to reset the wifi twice before it would connect. Once it was going it works fine and the price was decent for what it does. Just a bit of a faff at the start, but nothing I couldn't sort out.
I would say the heating is very good value and I am glad I chose them. The ordering process was straightforward and the team were courteous when I rang with a question, so I did not feel rushed at all.
