Our old fridge freezer finally gave up over the winter so we needed a replacement quickly. I've used them for smaller bits before, so I went back to them and the choice was good. The delivery was a little slower than I'd hoped, with the slot moved once, but the driver was helpful and carried it in for us. The price was fair for what we got and the warranty details were clear.

Their lamp is much cheaper than the same style from the big department stores, which was the reason I went with them. I know this area quite well and the build quality is as good as the pricier ones I've owned. Ordering was smooth and it came packed carefully. Very pleased with it.

Found these headphones on here and they're great, sound is decent for the money. Ordering was easy, took about a minute. Arrived next day which was a nice surprise. Would buy from here again.

The first thing I noticed was that the colour of the jacket was a shade darker than the pictures, which I know a bit about from buying clothing online. The fabric is decent and the zips work well. Delivery was fast and the return form was easy to fill in. I'd have liked a closer match to the photos, so I'm a bit lukewarm on it.

I needed a birthday present for my sister in a hurry and I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank. The price on this candle set was good and it arrived the next morning. Wrapping was neat, and she was pleased with it, so that's a result.

I did find the hose reel very reasonably priced compared to the garden centre, which I'd rather not admit to my husband. Ordering was straightforward and I appreciated the clear product description. It did take longer to arrive than I'd hoped, around ten days, though I wasn't in any rush in the end. The hose is sturdy and seems well made so far, I'm pleased with it.

I compared three air fryers on other sites before settling on this one from them. The one I bought had the larger basket and the reviews were consistent. It arrived well packed and the controls work just as shown. Price was a little lower than the others, so it seemed like the sensible choice. Very happy with it so far.

I bought a set of phone cases from them, my first time ordering from this site. The cases fit my phone exactly and the material feels good. Checkout was simple and the tracking updated properly. Arrived in two days, so no complaints.

The sizing chart is actually useful which is rare, I measured twice and got it right first time. Ordered a jumper and it came quick, two days. Soft material, fits how I wanted. Would order again no question.

Compared to the high street shops, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same brand of kettle I wanted. The only niggle is that the delivery took four days when the site said two. Still, the price more than made up for it and it arrived in one piece.

I placed my order for a garden bench and the confirmation came through straight away. Delivery was punctual and the bench was assembled easily with the instructions provided. I am pleased with the value and I would not hesitate to order again.

Needed a new phone charger in a hurry after mine broke at work and the site had one in stock. Ordering was quick and the price was fine. Only thing is it took three days to arrive, which was longer than I wanted, but the charger works perfectly and the packaging was fine.

I have been a customer for some years and I can say with confidence that the site is well run. My recent order of bed linen arrived promptly and the quality was exactly as described. The checkout was clear and easy to follow, which I appreciate. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.

Ordered the same running trainers from them for the third time now and they've never let me down. Sizing is spot on, the box arrived in two days and the packing was tidy with no fuss. I've bought birthday presents from them too and the gift wrap option is a nice touch. Gonna keep coming back, cheaper than the big sports shops most of the time too.

I checked a few other sellers for a drill set and this was noticeably dearer than the rest for the same kit. The bits feel flimsy compared with what I'd expected for the money. It did arrive on time and the box was intact. For the price I'd have expected better.

The site has the same easy layout it always had, which I like because I'm not great with new things. Got my winter slippers from them, just like the last few years, and they arrived in a box with a clear label so the postman had no trouble. Simple and reliable as ever. Been shopping with them since before the pandemic.

Ordered a bag from them and it's honestly nice for the price. Site was easy to use. Took a while to ship though, almost a week, which was annoying. Would probably order again but might not rush.

My old work boots had split along the sole so I needed a new pair before the weekend. I priced up a few options and these came out well on value for the spec. Delivery was on time and the boots fit right out the box. The returns process would be my only worry if they didn't fit, but they did.

I compared their prices with a few other retailers before I ordered a set of garden tools. They came out a little cheaper than the others, and the customer service on a question I had was helpful and polite. The tools arrived well wrapped and in good order. I am happy with my purchase.

The first thing that struck me was how cheap the rear light was next to the bike shops in town, and I've been cycling for about fifteen years so I know my lights. Ordering was simple enough, card payment went through fine. Delivery took closer to a week than the estimate said, which was annoying when my old one had already died. The light itself does what it needs to do, just a bit of a fiddly clip.
