The first thing I noticed was how quick the order went through, I've been using them for a few years now and it's never once been a bother. Ordered the same refill I always get and it turned up when they said it would.

I've been ordering from this company for a good few years now, mostly garden bits and replacement parts for the shed. I needed a replacement hinge set quickly after the old one snapped and it was in the post within two days. The customer service on the phone was friendly and helpful when I had a question about fitting. Always reliable.

Good value for the money, the price is the main reason I keep coming back. Compared with what I'd pay elsewhere it saves a fair bit each month on refills. Arrives reliably and the packaging is recyclable which I like.

I needed a present for my sister and a friend recommended this place so I gave it a go. The order was simple enough and it arrived in good time for the weekend. Packaging was tidy, though I'd have liked a gift note option. Would order again.

Compared to the other site I usually use this was quicker to check out and the ordering felt less fiddly on my phone. Ordered a jumper late at night and it turned up the next day. Fit is spot on so far.

Honestly the first thing I noticed was the confirmation email came through in about thirty seconds, which was nice when I was rushing between jobs. Delivery was a day later than the tracking said, not a big deal. The tracking page was a bit vague about why. Everything else worked fine, the checkout took me maybe two minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle.

Great little find, honestly. Got a set of storage boxes for the flat and they came flat-packed and easy to put together. Good price and arrived the next working day. Will be back.

Knowing the area well, I compared the price against the big names and this came out cheaper for the same spec. The product is a solid mid range option and I'd be happy to buy it again. Delivery was on the quick side.

This was way nicer than the other app I was using to book my gym class, it just felt quicker to sign up. The booking worked first time and the reminder came through the day before. Classes have been easy to fit around work.

Bought the cordless drill kit with two batteries and it's been brilliant on weekend jobs. I know my tools so I checked the spec carefully before buying and it lives up to what they say. Arrived well packed with no dents on the case.

Checked two other sites before settling on this one, and the sign up was straightforward enough. The price came out a bit higher than the cheapest I found, which stung a little. The delivery took a day longer than the estimate but the goods were fine when they came.

Compared this against the usual big chain brand I always buy and this came out ahead on fit and feel. The stitching is tighter and the price was lower for what you get. Delivery was quick too.

The best of the three I looked at and I'm glad I went with it. Ordering was straightforward and the price was fair against the others. The item arrived quickly and is exactly as described, so I have no complaints at all about this order.

Really easy, booked and sorted in like five minutes. The app is simple and the reminder text came through on time. Didn't have to wait around for anyone to reply. Would use again.

I ordered a set of cushion covers for the garden furniture and was glad to find the colour matched what I had in mind. The zips are sturdy and the fabric feels good quality. Everything arrived in one piece and the instructions for washing were clear. I am content with the purchase.

Needed a new bag for a trip on Friday and had about ten minutes between meetings to sort it out. Found what I wanted on the site, paid, and it was sorted before I'd even got back to my desk. Didn't have to think about it much which is exactly what I wanted from a quick order.

I'd looked at a few toppers elsewhere first and went with the memory foam one from here. It was meant to arrive in four days and it took nearly two weeks, and nobody told me why until I emailed. The topper itself is fine but I was annoyed about the wait.

Bought a set of heavy duty wall brackets for mounting a shelf in the workshop and I've done plenty of these jobs over the years, so I knew what to look for. The load rating was listed clearly and the fixings were included. Took a couple of days to arrive but the packaging was sound and nothing was damaged. The instructions were basic but enough for someone who has done it before. Good kit at a fair price.

I needed a replacement for an old part that had packed in on my usual setup, and I know this kind of thing well enough to check the specs first. The listing gave me everything I needed to confirm compatibility. Sorted it in one go.

I was rather pleased with how clear the process was when I first signed up, as I'm not always comfortable with online forms. Each step told me what to do next and I didn't get lost. When I had a question I sent an email and received a helpful reply the same afternoon. I'd be happy to recommend them to friends who are similarly cautious.
