Supply and Demand

What struck me first was how patient the lady on the phone was when I had trouble with my order. I'd been told the delivery would take a week, and it did, so I wasn't cross about that. The only small thing was that the confirmation email went to my spam folder, which I hadn't expected. I'd happily order from them again.

Best value I've found for the money in ages, the price on the kitchen roll and bin bags was well under what the supermarket was charging. Delivery came the next working day and everything was packed fine. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account to get it done, which I appreciated.

I bought a set of reusable coffee filters, the stainless mesh kind that fit a standard cafetiere. It was my first time ordering from this site and I wanted to see what the quality was like before buying more of their things. They came wrapped in paper with a little card about cleaning them. The mesh is fine and they fit the cafetiere perfectly. Shipping was quick and the packaging was tidy and no waste.

Got a pack of running socks, the thin merino ones with the arch support. They were a few quid less than the sports shop in town. Checkout was quick and the parcel came in a day. Good stuff.

Way quicker than the usual site I use for cheap beauty bits. Found a face mask set that was a lot less than the one on the high street and it came the next day, I was in a rush for a night out. The order tracking updated properly at every step. Didn't have to wait around at all and the box was tidy with no mess inside.

Compared it to Amazon for a phone case and this was way cheaper, like a fair bit. Ordered at lunch, it was on my doorstep by the next afternoon. Easy checkout, no account needed. Would use again.

I needed a birthday present for my sister in a hurry, and the site had a decent range of candles and bath bits at reasonable prices. The gift wrapping option saved me a job. It turned up sooner than the date I was given. I'd not used them before and it was a simple first order.

I needed to replace a pair of slippers that had worn through, and my daughter suggested I try a site I hadn't used before. I'm not one for online shopping but the ordering was straightforward and I was able to see the sizing clearly. They arrived well packed and quite promptly. I'm very pleased with them and I shall certainly use the site again.

Compared it with my usual local hardware shop for a box of wood screws and this came out cheaper even with postage. First order so I was a bit wary but the checkout was clear and the box arrived sealed. Good price for a bulk tub.

I needed a replacement filter for my upright vacuum because the old one had given up. Found the right part quickly and the price was lower than the manufacturer's site. Delivery took a day longer than the estimate, but it arrived before the weekend and it fits well.

Honestly quick and cheap, got my hair ties and a hair brush for way less than Boots. Checkout took like a minute and the box came the next day in a little padded envelope. Sorted!

I bought a metric allen key set in a plastic case, the nine piece one with the ball ends. Compared three sites before picking this as it had the best price for the set. The keys are a decent steel and the case snaps shut properly. Delivery was quick and the box was undamaged.

Needed to renew my car tax reminder thing before the weekend and grabbed this on my phone at lunch. Took about two minutes, app kept logging me out but I got it done.

Honestly this is a great site for what I needed, which was a new charger for my laptop. I was in a rush and it was easy to find the right one by typing in my model. Ordered it on the way to work and it turned up the next day while I was out so they left it with a neighbour. Price was decent too, not the cheapest but close. Happy with it.

Compared this to the high street chain I usually use for school shoes for the kids and this was a good deal cheaper for the same brand. Ordered two pairs, they came in a sturdy box with tissue paper. Sizing was spot on. Nice to save a bit.

I bought a replacement cooling fan for my desktop build, the 120mm kind with the standard four pin plug. The listing gave the bearing type and the rpm range, which is what I look for. It arrived in an anti static bag inside a box, and it spins smoothly with no rattle. Fits my case exactly.

The best thing was that the site showed the exact stock level before I added to basket. I checked three sites for a cordless drill battery and this one had it in stock while the others were showing it as back soon. Ordered in the evening and it arrived the next day. Good price as well.
