Store Potensic

Compared with the usual big online shops, this was noticeably cheaper for the same drill bit set. I've bought a few things from them now and nothing has let me down on price. The order arrived well packed and everything was there.

My old kettle packed up the week before Christmas and I needed something quick that wouldn't cost much. Found one here for well under what the high street shops wanted and it arrived looking just like the photos. Good value, would order again without a second thought.

Had a look at a few places before settling on them for the sofa cover, and the price was the best of the lot. Delivery took a day longer than they said but the cover fitted fine.

I work from home and my laptop screen was giving me neck ache, so I needed a proper monitor arm. I know a fair bit about desk setups and this one has a solid clamp and smooth height adjustment, which is more than I expected for the price. Fitting it took about twenty minutes with the instructions included.

Needed a new backpack for uni after my old one split on the bus. Ordered this one quickly and the price was lower than the shops in town. It's a bit smaller inside than the photo suggested, so I'd check the measurements. Otherwise the zips are solid and it arrived in a few days.

I needed a replacement ink cartridge quickly because the printer was flashing at me every time I tried to print school forms. Got one for well under what the printer shop wanted. The only snag was that the delivery slot I picked got changed and I had to wait an extra day, but the cartridge works fine.

Ordered a rear bike light for the commute. Arrived quickly and it's bright enough for the dark mornings. Easy to fit to the seat post and charges in a couple of hours.

The size guide for the running jackets was the first thing I noticed and it was actually accurate for once, I'm a UK 10 and the medium fitted properly. Order came in a couple of days and the zips all work. Had a question about the returns policy and the reply came back within a few hours, which I wasn't expecting.

This was my first time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. The page was easy to use and I found the hair straighteners I wanted quickly. They arrived in good time and work just as they should. Would order again.

I've been ordering from them on and off for years and this time it was a pair of slippers for my husband. The order was simple to place and the slippers arrived a little later than I'd hoped, but they're warm and well made. The price is fair too.

Honestly this is the best value I've found for replacement phone chargers. I paid less than half what the big retailers wanted and the charger has worked every day for about five months now. Delivery was quick and the packaging was basic but fine. Would buy from them again.

Got a phone case from them on my way to work, quick order. Fits my phone well enough and the grip is decent. Took a few days to arrive, which was a bit annoying, but it's fine.

I'd say this was a sound purchase for the bedroom heater I needed before winter. The price was very fair and the order was dealt with promptly. Delivery arrived a day earlier than I'd been told, which was a pleasant surprise, and the heater has been warming the room nicely. I'd happily order from them again when I next need something.

I bought a set of three plastic storage boxes for the understairs cupboard. They're decent for the money and the lids click on properly. Delivery took about four days, which was fine, though the box arrived a bit dented at one corner.

Compared with the other site I used for years, this one takes a bit longer to load, but I've stuck with them since 2016 because the prices on my regular orders are usually a fair bit lower. Checkout is quick once you're in and I've never had a problem with my account.

Honestly it's fine. Ordered a pair of earbuds and the price was good. Took ages to arrive though, nearly a week and I'd been told two to three days. Didn't get a reply to my message for a couple of days either, so I was a bit annoyed about that. The earbuds themselves sound okay.

ok so I compared it with the other one I always use and this was about half the price for the same trainers lol. Took a bit longer to arrive but they sorted it out and the trainers are comfy. Really happy with it tbh.

What struck me first was how clearly the instructions were written for the garden lights I ordered. I'd been worried I wouldn't manage the fitting on my own, but it went together without difficulty. The price was reasonable and the lights have been working well since the summer.

Compared to the other site I usually use for gaming bits, this was quicker to order from and the price on the headset was lower. Checkout took about a minute on my phone. Arrived the next day and it works well with my console.
