The sparkling water in the 330ml glass bottles surprised me, it has proper fizz and doesn't go flat after a day. Using the app to top up on a Friday night was quick. Nothing to complain about.

We needed bottled water for the baby's formula after the old supplier stopped doing our area, so I was in a rush. Signed up on the app in about five minutes and they had a delivery slot the next morning. The bottles are heavy but the driver left them inside the door like I asked. Good.

Switched from the Brita jug to these bottles and the difference is obvious, tea tastes better and it doesn't smell of the pipes. Booked it on the app in about a minute. Lovely bit of kit for the price.

The subscription is easy to pause when we go away which is handy. The fee on top is a bit annoying though, it feels like it adds up quickly. Not sure I'd pick it again over other options.
